GoogleI arrange a viewing in East India to see a property for buying and i was waiting for an agent half an hour to find out that he will not come as he does not have the keys from the property. Then his manager emailed me apologising and she promised she will supporting with the viewing and she never answered to her mobile or email the next day when the viewing was supposed to happen. I don’t recommend. Unprofessional!!!

He was incredibly helpful towards the end of the conveyancing process following up with all parties to ensure that the transaction completed successfully. Also during the offer stage, I felt he was transparent and managed our expectations rightly. Danny was therefore instrumental in us being able to buy our new property, which we're absolutely delighted with! I'd recommend Atkinson McLeod as Estate Agents, specially Danny.

GoogleSimply avoid it because they will find any excuse to squeeze every penny out of you. They got my tenancy agreement to start 4 days earlier than the day they handed in the house key. The house was not cleaned properly and pieces of furnitures were missing.

Atkinson Mcleod takes very seriously the return of deposits to tenants after a tenancy has ended. We employ a number of people specifically to do this job and aim to return deposits in a timely manner. Atkinson Mcleod hold deposits in deposit schemes on behalf of Landlords and do not have ultimate authority to return them to Tenants. We have to rely on the TDS Tenancy deposit scheme for approval along with the Landlords before we can return any Monies. We understand this can be frustrating for all concerned.
