GoogleTerribly managed, totally unprofessional. DO NOT USE unless you want a headache and constant problems with your flat that are never dealt with. I'd put money on the fact the good reviews here are faked.

GoogleVery friendly before signing contract but in case of problem they are able to let you without heater during 1 week whith minus temperature outside. Megan is very efficient when it's about harass you for paying rent or deposit but volontary don't answer during few days when it is for a major problem like no heater. Basically if it's a task which imposes her to work (not for collect money), she's suddenly absent.

GooglePhil! What a bloke! From start to finish he provided a high quality service, a true professional (quite refreshing considering the tripe of an estate agent we had last time). Communication, organisation and ettiquette were all second to none. Can't thank you enough, you've made our Christmas come early. If you ring Atkinson McLeod, Phil is your man.
