GoogleHated unprofessional manner. One of the male negotiator is really unhelpful and time waster.

GoogleI have had an awful experience with them. They are very unprofessional, disorganised and they blatantly ignore questions. Also accused us of lying even though we had evidence to prove otherwise. If you are still going to use them, make sure to keep all paper trails.

GoogleWe turned up for a viewing only to be told they hadn't been able to get a hold of the tenants and so we couldn't see the place. Extremely unprofessional as there was no attempt to contact me to let me know beforehand, and we spent 40minutes getting there and back.
