GoogleAfter a very trying time with our previous estate agents and their management department, my partner and I thought things couldn't be worse next time. How wrong we were. Since we signed the quality of service has plummeted. The lack of communication over several pressing issues has been appalling: it takes multiple emails for a response, and the office seems to be permanently unreachable. Everything has been a battle. Avoid.

GoogleSarah Slimane was the letting consultant who I was in contact with regarding the property. She was friendly, professional and really helpful as first timer to renting. I’d thoroughly recommend this agency and Sarah for anyone whose looking to rent.

GoogleJames U is a very good person, he provide 2 option of letting properties to me and help me negotiate with landlord and handle some issue for me. He do a lot of job on my case and I appreciate to him.

GoogleWe were mislead about multiple items in the home by our agent. When we were showed the property there was a TV shown to us, promising it would be included in our apartment when we move in - no TV when we moved it. Agent dismissed us without care and didn't feel the need to address it. 2nd was a sofa - promised a brand new one and got one, with at least a couple of years of usage on it. Again, when we complained to the agent - we got dismissed with no resolution

GoogleTerrible service! Our flat was not clean before we moved in! When I saw the house the previous tenant was living in there so we couldn’t see the mattresses, which where in a really bad condition. I demanded for a new mattress and they didn’t answer! They always said that the person is charge was busy or sick (so only one person can solve this?!). They are rude especially Sabrina! I do not recommend

GoogleI was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional service. Amit Jayaprakash showed me a flat and I had to pay a 400£ holding deposit to the agency to make the offer to the landlord. He kept telling me that he is very busy and he would get in touch with the landlord the following day, for more than 2 weeks after I had paid the deposit. I therefore decided to withdraw the offer 10 days ago, however they are not refunding me the holding deposit and he is not answering to me.
