GoogleKatie did a fine job of showing me the property and acting as middle person with an overseas vendor. Informative, respond quickly and warmly, and probably equally persuasive on both side when we bargained LOL. I bought the property with minimal hassle.

GoogleWorst move in experience of my life!! Atkinson McLeod took my money for first months rent and security deposit and did not meet the conditions of offer (professionally clean of the property and bed). STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! Renters and buyer beware. They will take your money and leave you hanging to dry. Pictures are proof of the condition of my flat the day I moved in - disgusting conditions!!!

GoogleRef. KATIE. She’s been nice and highly professional while showing us a flat for sale in London. She advised us on the process of buying a home and put us in touch with a mortgage advisor to have further information, even though we haven’t made an offer for the property she was selling.

GoogleRude and unprofessional, especially Marius. Didn't show up for a scheduled viewing and didn't let me know he wasn't there, so I ended up having to wait for 30 mins in the rain just to find out they had lied about the flat and it was actually a studio when it was advertised as a 1-bed. Complete waste of time.

GoogleWe had brilliant service from Tom Holland at Atkinson Mcleod and the contract process was swift and as simple as it can be!

GooglePaul Darko is an estate agent in a million. He has been hard working, efficient and we would not have sold our flat without him. The market is tough but he made the whole thing seem easy and straightforward and was always availble to help. We would thoroughly recommend him either for buying or selling.

GoogleWe are first time buyers and have just completed on a flat. Paul Darko has been incredibly helpful from start to finish in our house buying process! Very informative and patient when answering our hundreds of silly questions! Made the process straight forward and was always available to attend the property or take us for a viewing.

GoogleValentina was extremely effective and managed to get the whole move-in process (from referral checks to furnishing to the landlord side of things) done in just a couple of days and on time for my move-out day, saving me a lot of stress.

GoogleTook me to a completely different flat in the same building, blamed it on a colleague being new..
1/5
GoogleWorst experience with an agency ever. Thankfully I didn’t end up renting anything with them as they seem very unreliable and not serious. Valentina kept telling me they had properties available and then cancelled the viewing last minute, didn’t reply to emails, and even didn’t show up for a viewing once, making me waste my time and going to a property I didn’t get to see. Would not recommend.

GoogleAtkinson McLeod and in particular agent Tom Holland are fantastic. In a somewhat confusing and intimidating property market Tom took the time out the day to explain and answer all my questions, fully recommend!

GoogleI met with James Hunt from Kennington office to see a property and had a really good experience. We finalised on the property and the process was carried out very professionally and smoothly by James. There were no confusions or delays and I'd be happy to engage with AM again in the future. Keep up the great work! Cheers!
