GoogleRecently we have been looking for a new place to rent in Fulham and would recommend Aspire!. We dealt with Jack Card who was polite, efficient and very helpful. He accommodated me when I had to view a property within a certain time and has been great at advising us throughout the process.

Her transparency, honesty and ability to 'roll her sleeves up' and get problems, issues or any queries sorted quickly and stress free has helped immensely. GoogleAspire Balham were brilliant in helping both myself and my family to complete on our recent purchase in Balham. George Williams, our estate agent, was very attentive and patient with my family as we made numerous visits to the property both before and during the purchasing process, giving up a lot of his time to answer our questions and to let us access the property. The service was extremely professional and done with great speed and efficiency, as after just 6 weeks we were able to complete on the purchase. I would recommend Aspire Balham & George and use them again. We were very pleased with how quick the process was and could not have asked for more.

GoogleTerrible service as a tenant, problems with the return of my deposit and they were useless.
Hi Cathal - Sorry you are unhappy with your tenancy and return of your deposit. I should stress that we do not act as `property manager' for this property and therefore the management of the property including the return of your deposit is not within our direct control. We understand that due to a dispute between yourself and your landlord as to the condition the property was left in and rent that was outstanding the case is now with Tenancy Deposit Scheme to resolve. They will no doubt arbitrate between yourself and your landlord.
