GoogleWe have recently sold our small 3 bedroom house in central York through Ashtons. Our agent was Jess and we were really impressed from start to finish. We got an honest valuation, and had weekly updates throughout the process. We achieved asking price in the end and were delighted with the service provided. Jess worked really hard to chase solicitors etc to finally exchange which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend! Thanks Ashtons

GoogleReally pleased with the service at Ashtons. Had the majority of my dealings with Hannah Bartlett who was excellent throughout. They worked very hard to get the move all done before Christmas which was a huge relief. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleWe just wanted to thank you for the hard work you (and your colleagues) put in to get Clog Mill sold for us. To say that the whole process was a nightmare is an understatement! James you deserve special recognition for the patience that you showed us, but mostly me, in the final stages, while you were running things solo during lockdown and still being cheery and upbeat everyday when I called for updates. I very much appreciated never feeling like I was pestering you when I called.

GoogleI literally laughed when I read "award-winning service". I don't recommend anyone use Ashtons Estate Agents highly unprofessional service. They canceled my viewing appointment 3 times in a row, each with less than an hours notice and by text message. They were unapologetic and rude. Quite frankly, they don't even deserve the 1 star.

GoogleI don’t often write reviews but I’m appalled by the service we have experienced from Ashtons Estate Agents. After a cycle of canceled and rearranged appointments, we booked time off work and traveled to York for the apartment viewing. Whilst standing outside the property in the rain, we received a text message to say they had to cancel again. When we rang them they were extremely rude. Absolutely disgusting.

GoogleThank you very much for your help in selling my mother’s house in Selby. The process was completed all the way through with efficiency & a smile. Despite a few setbacks on the way. I cannot write this though without separately singling out Carol for specific praise. Always on the ball while appropriately managing & communicating well across all parts of the chain. Together with going out of her way to secure repair quotes, to get the sale completed, when a sale could have easily fallen through. I have already praised Ashtons to friends & I would definitely recommend using the team if you’re looking to sell a house in the Selby vicinity.
