Not someone who usually writes reviews but compelled to do so here. I had been at the Stockfield view site a few weeks back and was told that the Angelica Showhome will be coming up for release soon. I then and there made it clear that I am interested when it releases and would like to buy. I was asked to then run my AIP via New homes which I did promptly and I was told by them that they have shared my AIP with the builder. Now it was about waiting only.A couple of days back, I saw the house was released for sale. While I never got a call to inform me (as promised) I was excited and hence waited for the next day (offices were closed on wed) and called up promptly at 10am when they opened. No one picked up and I went on voice mail. I called a couple of times more in next 15 min and even left multiple voice notes but no one answered or called back. By afternoon I had made more than 20 calls but no one answered. I then called their head office and asked for me to be connected to someone at the site which they were able to do. When I spoke to the girl, she said she has had multiple calls during the day and will go first come first serve. I agreed as I knew I was the first one to call at precisely 10am. However I was called back in the evening and told they had others who called before me and hence they would be offering it to someone else. This is a lie as I am pretty sure i was the first to call when they opened up. Also the fact that k had visited the site and shared my details a few weeks ago doesn’t seem to have been taken into account. I in all probability have lost a house k was dearly looking forward to own and didn’t expect to be treated like this by a reputed builder like Ashberry.Completely gutted!!

We have only just recently reserved our new home at Ashberry homes,Church View, Callerton. This is the first time we have decided to purchase a new build, and what we have seen really impressed us and my wife and I being older decided now is the time to buy a new house,Had it not been for SARAH, who called us back and arranged for us to see the show home we were interested in ( as the nearest one was in Wingate Co Durham ) then we wouldn’t of proceeded. Sarahs knowledge, customer service, experience and her genuine professionalism has been invaluable to us first time new build buyers.Sarah understanding we both work shifts ( and needed a longer appointment for us to choose our extras ) even offered to come in early, HOW AMAZING IS THAT, in my book that far exceeds my expectations.We have also met Olivia, once again, so helpful, and informative, with excellent customer service skills.We have been kept informed so far, and today, we had our meet the builder and introduced to Jamie the site manager,He has been so informative, with his wealth of knowledge of the building industry, and boy did we ask some awkward questions, he answered everyone and his customer service was outstanding, all round the team at Ashberry, Church View, Callerton are an absolute asset to your company, please tell them we are eternally grateful for all the help so far, and we will be leaving another review when we move into our new home,Kind RegardsMr & Mrs Sholder

We’re currently still in process of buying with Ashberry Homes but I can hand on heart say that they have been incredible so far. From the initial call to taking us around the plot it has been perfect. Jo from the Pirton Fields development has been wonderful and always on hand to answer any of our questions. She does not push you to make any quick decisions which we love.

The reason I have given a 1 star is not for the house it self it’s the way the process is. I have sold my house and I am a cash buyer with no chain. My husband and I love the upgrades and it’s how we want our home to look. However to have the upgrades we want we have to pay upfront. Who has £17.000 today with soaring energy prices reaching the stars and food prices out of peoples reach. So I’m sorry I don’t get it. when our plot isn’t going to be finished between October to December. So it’s a great shame that when we move in everything will be ripped out and replaced. The kitchen, tiles for the down stairs toilet, en-suite bathroom and guests bathroom. I have also chosen fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom and carpets throughout the house. So please someone explain to me why this process is difficult.

We wanted to highlight an example of excellent customer service by one of the Ashberry/Bellway team, Mark Brooks, at your Bicester development. Right from the very first meeting & viewing with Mark, he has been very professional, helpful, friendly & supportive, and has helped with any questions etc throughout. Buying a new house, especially as a first time buyer, could be a daunting thing, and Mark could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. He has ensured the whole process has been an enjoyable experience.We just wanted to recognise Mark’s top work, and we are looking forward to the property exchange & completion ready for a move in to the new home in late August 2022. Also, the quality of build, fixtures & fittings, and design on this development is first class. Thank you!
