I have been trying to book an appointment for 3 weeks for the Royal Retreat in Bicester and no one answered the calls or called me back although I left many voicemails with my contact number and provided my info via their website. I am interested in buying a new home from them but even this process is very painful and disappointing so I am not sure if I would like to continue with them..

Nice house from the outside.Thin walls inside..loads of cracks which I accepted as they said within 2 years we will fix it on.I moved January 2020. But had some pipes broken..they fixed it and the site manager said your 2 years start from the day your house is 100%. They played around with that and now they are telling me is the day I signed the contract so they don't want to fix the cracks and the issues with the house.

Bought a home in January with Ashberry, sales process straight forward, used recommended finance and mortgage people who did a good job.Site managers Ash and James stay in touch and organise fixes or touch ups quickly and check all work has been done to our liking. Both a credit to the company. We are very happy in our new home.

I moved into an Ashberry Home on Moorfields View 5 weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. Tracey was fantastic during the purchase process, very patient answering all of my questions and since moving in, the site managers have been brilliant, regularly checking in to make sure things are ok. There have been some snags as you would expect in a new build, but the contractors have been prompt, friendly and tidy in their work. Cannot fault Ashberry at all as everyone on the site and in the sales team has done as much as possible to make the process work and to resolve issues.

I think six weeks period to do the exchange its too short, especially for someone who has sold a property and waiting for the exchange. It’s okay for a first time buyer but for someone who is on a chain I think we need more time.

Sales advisor Ben at the amberrise site in Ripley is super efficient, very helpful, and has an instant answer for any bit of information you wish to ask! Really supportive and informative of people in situations like ours where we’re first time buyers and completely oblivious to the whole process. Ben has been a pleasure to work with so far in getting us off the mark with our first ever home and look forward to the upcoming months in this process.

GoogleHaving emailed 4 times through their website and through releases from rightmove, none were responded to. So we had a separate appointment with their sister company, Bellway at Springfield. Due to some problems there, the advisor from Ashberry turned up to assist. I enquired as to why she doesn't respond to emails to which she very defensively claimed that she answers them all! I explained I had emailed 4 times through the various platforms with no response, to receive the answer "our homes are selling that fast I do not have time to respond to those". Nice! So why use these platforms? After about 2 minutes of this extremely rude woman talking over me and claiming that she doesn't need to be customer focused as the houses sell themselves, I decided to leave.
