TrustpilotAshberry- Not the excellent experience promised
The service and support from Anna (the Sales Rep) has been great, I was really disappointed to find that the moment that we were able confirm that we were a cash buyer there was an unexpected and unannounced £3,000 price increase. Not a huge amount in the scheme of the price of the property, but it was not the way that we expected Ashberry Homes to do business.

After a bit of a rocky start we sorted everything in the end with the assistance of Angie in the sales office. A big shout out to Gabby the assistant site manager who has been brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. If she says she going to do something then it gets done. Our new home is beautiful, so far only minor snagging all of which is being sorted.

I have been dealing with Ellena and Emma at Round House Park in Melton Mowbray and have to say what an absolute pleasure it has been. What has the potential to be an extremely stressful experience has in fact been anything but. A huge effort was made to ensure I purchased my preferred house and after meeting the site manager Chris and seeing my house with the roof on and inner walls plastered, the product itself is superb. It is obvious that there is pride taken in the workmanship and the finish exhibited in the show homes is far superior to other sites I have seen.I am looking forward to the move to Melton, the only problem I have now is to contain my excitement until May/June. I cannot recommend this company enough by my experience so far and a huge thank you to Ellena and Emma.

I am enjoying the whole process purchasing my beautiful new home at Millfield, Wingerworth. Karen has clearly explained every step and assisted in so many ways with advice and accommodating my requests to involve my grownup family. Now my new house is reserved it’s over to solicitors to work on the legal aspect. I already have appointments with the Site Manager and Karen to go over more details and make choices of carpets and tiles. I would highly recommend Ashberry Homes.

The sales team were extremely helpful. I was particularly pleased that I am able to have granite worktops in the kitchen. The site plans were helpful as I have mobility problems and cannot negotiate steps safely. I was able to find the most suitable bungalow for me.

I highly recommend Ashberry Homes to buy your home. This is my first home that I'm in the process of buying. Jan & Kenneth have made the process run so smoothly. They are always on hand to deal with your queries. Jan & Kenneth were one of the reasons I bought from them. They were so friendly and made the sale personal, instead of being made to feel like a 'number'! Overall, a fantastic buying experience.

We have been dealing with Angie for several weeks now in connection with the purchase of our home at the Hartshorne View development. The whole experience so far has been a delight. Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she presents an excellent professional image for Ashberry Homes - polite, helpful, and cheerful. Today we also had a meeting with Paul, the site manager, who again is a great credit to Ashberry. We have been guided very professionally through the whole process so far, from initial interest to choosing options. Everything has been well explained and my many questions patiently answered. I can't fault the company or its processes so far, and the company personnel have been a pleasure to deal with.

First Class!This is the first time we have bought a new home and made the decision to buy from Ashberry on our first visit to the Showroom. We were given a very detailed breakdown of the process, as well as in depth information on the plot and the estate, right down to location of manhole covers and street lighting!
