GoogleI reserved a house with Ashbury Homes and, like many buyers, faced delays in the chain. Throughout this process I stayed in contact and even managed to find another solution within 10 days. Despite this, today I was threatened by the sales team, being told that if I don’t complete by the end of September, Ashbury will remove the incentives. Do they really think I’m deliberately holding things up? Do they believe that threats will somehow make the legal process move faster? To make matters worse, the sales manager, Kenny, was arrogant and rude. We were in the middle of discussing timelines when, out of nowhere, they dropped this ultimatum. The whole experience has been awful. Buying a home is already stressful, but Ashbury’s approach has been cold, uncompassionate, and unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of offering support, they’ve added pressure and made the process even harder. If you value good service, empathy, and professionalism, look elsewhere

GoogleWe are so pleased with our lovely new home and would like to thank everyone involved in the hard working team. Chrissie did such a lot to make the moving process as simple as possible, she made time for us and communicated efficiently between us and the site team. Everyone on site is professional and takes great pride and care in their work. Since we moved into our new home nothing has been too much trouble for Gabby and Martin who have followed up every tiny concern thoroughly and promptly. Everything in our new home is completed to a high quality standard. We have always purchased new houses but have never been looked after in such a caring and professional manner as we have been by the Ashberry Homes team here. Many thanks to you all.

GoogleKaren the sales representative, was very likeable and went the "extra mile" to serve us. We were also pleased with Tim the site manager, who showed us our plot and took us around an advanced built house of the one we were buying to give us an idea of layout and sizing. Very good service. We reserved our plot and went away with a huge smile, knowing we had done the right thing. Ken and Alison M.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would !! Avoid these at all costs, absolute shambles of a company. From the get go they where terrible, you buy a brand new house as a forever home and the amount of corners cut is a joke, the worse thing about it, their customer care doesn't care one single bit, nor does anyone higher. Constantly going around the block chasing for things to be put correct. Now we’re living in a year old home thats falling to pieces. AVOID !!!!

GoogleAshberry Homes has illegally blocked the public footpath from Woodville to Harsthorne (Woodville FP3) with a large Heras fence. They obviously can't be trusted to ensure that environmental conditions on this estate are carried out to the full.

GoogleHaving emailed 4 times through their website and through releases from rightmove, none were responded to. So we had a separate appointment with their sister company, Bellway at Springfield. Due to some problems there, the advisor from Ashberry turned up to assist. I enquired as to why she doesn't respond to emails to which she very defensively claimed that she answers them all! I explained I had emailed 4 times through the various platforms with no response, to receive the answer "our homes are selling that fast I do not have time to respond to those". Nice! So why use these platforms? After about 2 minutes of this extremely rude woman talking over me and claiming that she doesn't need to be customer focused as the houses sell themselves, I decided to leave.
