Just to say thank you for your excellent service from Ashberry Home [Shortstown New Cardington - Becky Wilcox - Sale team]. From the time I walked into the sales office collecting my brochures and even after every time I picked the phone to speak to Becky, she was always there to assist us and all through the application process to the collection of keys. Becky was so very helpful in walking us through all the upgrade options, we took some time 3 to 4 hours to make the selection, Becky did not rush us at all, she was very patience provided us with the best suggestion and options; and she did that with great professionalism and efficiency.We are very pleased and very happy with Becky Wilcox and Ashberry's home [shortstown New Cardington team work]. A big thank you to Kate Middleton who was our Site Manager - Plot 100 Ashberry Homes.We saw Kate Middleton only on our key collection day face to face in person, when she did our home demonstration tour and we were very impressed with her friendly happy person easy-going personality, and with her in-depth professionalism and her detailed eye to the attention required and knowledge of the work on her site which she was looking after from the start to finish.To us we personally felt, Kate, builds every home as her personal home with a lot of love and care and with passion and quick smart eye detailed attention/review to even minor work to finish line with perfection to it.Our mortgage offer was expiring on 31st Dec, Me and wife were so stressed if we would get the keys before Xmas, we got our keys 2 weeks before Xmas break which is perfect, This would have not been possible without Kate Middleton and her brilliant team effort and all the hard work, who worked round the clock with strict timelines and the finished as scheduled for the New Built home which is so very challenging in the pandemic situation.We are so lucky, we had Kate who we see as a gorgeous Angel to give us our new beautiful home as our New Year gift well in advance and we are so very pleased.A big warm thank you hugs from me and our family.Kader/Fathima & kids

Cardington, Shortstown - Eastcotts GreenToday, around 1.50pm. at the roundabout at Aviation Way, employee Ashberry stood in the middle of the road and shouted at me that the road was blocked. I inform that I have not seen the road is blocked, so I stood next to the roundabout. I didn't block anyone. Employee shouting at me for at least 5 minutes and he said to me F...... I...! The matter was referred to 2 managers, but please report the information to the head office. Please explain the matter as soon as possible and take disciplinary solutions.

Calderwood development Very poor finish the five months I have been in my new house has been one repair after another final straw drafts coming in the windows front door french doors water coming in utility door french doors worst mistake I’ve made buying this house.Every interior wall/ceiling has been repaired repainted flooring coming apart still not had any contact from the flooring company weeks after reporting it I could go on forever with issues

Nice looking homes. We had to take pictures of the drawings of the plot as well as pictures of the costs for extra options. I would have expected a pack of some type. Layout of sales cabin is small and sales office not 100% knowledgeable of the site, extras it s area.
