The sales replied my friend and the agent that the plot was not yet released so it couldn’t be reserved. However when they double checked later, the sales replied it was reserved. I think the reservation system is not transparent or clear enough and we feel really suffer and disappointed. It seems that buying house here is by luck.

Hartshorne viewHave had so many issues with my new build house, a bi fold door that could not be opened from outside, 3 internal leaks and a garage that flooded 4 times one of which was the night before our wedding so you can truly imagine our dismay. Plus another 92 snags, without even having to be picky! Up until the garage issue we had dealt with the site manager and assistant manager. But with the garage issue, we had to get customer care involved. First they sent the wrong instruction out causing us to wait in for a day and no one to turn up. Rang again and after the right people before informed to come to us. I was passed onto the manger of east midland customer support Kayleigh, after her instructing me a garage should only be used to store a care and nothing else so it’s on us. A double garage that floods an inch high every time it rains. But she eventually came around to my way of thinking and agreed a compensation cheque would be sent out due to the damgae caused and the general bad experience we’ve had. 4 weeks later, no return phone call. Even after I’ve rang 4/5 times and requested one. Always seems to be on holiday or a course when I ring, coincidence? Who knows. But either way still no return phone call or cheque. That said the garage has flooded twice since the agreed compensation.
