This is my first house buying experience, and the Anwyl team have made it enjoyable and stress free from the beginning. Hayley in the sales team could not have been more patient and knowledgeable while I took the time to make the right choice and she shared my excitement at choosing all the fittings and extras. I am delighted with the space and quality of the Caernarfon house. As I have gradually moved in over the last few weeks, Ian and Pete could not have been more helpful in addressing a small handful of issues, always done with a mix of good humour and professionalism. They are a credit to Anwyl.

Viewed 2 lovely properties, we were impressed with how quiet they were, the soundproofing from the windows was impressive. Seemed to be built to a high standard (unlike those in llay which appeared to have poor filler along the stairs, the door frames appeared to have raised and sharp lumps over the place the nails would have been. One of the sold houses already had edging caps on the roof that were cracked and slipping) Surprised at the difference in standards, but the oaks seemed very nice and the decor was lovely.

Lawrence gardens

We moved into our beautiful Hartford house at Lawrence Garden in April 2022, and we are happy with our house. The reasons for selecting Lawreance Garden for our dream house were the site location (near A6), well designed homes, quiet area, and the greeneries. Since it’s our first home purchase we had millions of questions to ask, and the support we got from Hayley and Debbi from day one was remarkable. They arranged to view the available show homes as many times as we want to find the right property which meets our needs. Throughout the process we were well informed which helped us to move forward. We appreciate their effort, and we are sure they are a credit to Anwyl. Peter and Ian, the site managers ensured that the house was ready to move in. The house demonstration by Peter was well explanatory. The deliveries we had before we moved in was sorted by Ian and we appreciated the help. Once we moved in every day they knocked on the door to check everything was ok and sent workman without delay to sort out any minute defect noted (only very little). These two dedicated supervisors are always available and responds quickly to our enquires. They are working hard to keep the customers happy which is their aim. We see them every day many times walking through the site to make sure everything is going smoothly. They are very pleasant and always give us a wave whenever see us. There is no doubt to say that Ian and Peter is a credit to the organisation. Like the site mangers the entire site team are very polite and happy to help at any time. We are satisfied with the service we received, and we would be happy to recommend Anwyl homes to anyone in future. Thank you Anwyl. .

Fairways development

We have been impressed at the amount of information we have received at each stage of purchasing the property. The staff in the show rooms to the workers onsite are all very polite and courteous. We did have afew snagging issues but to be expected with a new build. Some could have been avoided but the site manager has been very helpful in getting the issues rectified in a quick and timely manner of which we are grateful for.

I bought my home on Lawrence Gardens Barton last year and was the second owner to move in. (June 2021) I was very impressed with the well designed homes on a spacious site layout and convenient location. Having never bought a new home before, I had heard the ‘horror stories!’ This was a leap of faith for me which soon became my best move. The support I received initially from Sam in sales was outstanding. She really guided me through the whole buying process. When I moved in, the site managers Ian and Pete made sure my house was fully ready to an impeccable standard. They regularly knocked on my door to check everything was ok. As soon as I reported any snags (and there were very few) a tradesman would visit in the next couple of days and all snags were completely rectified. Ian and Pete are still always available to offer assistance and can be contacted easily if needed. They have a very good working ethos and always respond promptly to any queries. They have made the whole experience a real pleasure. I didn’t really know what to expect from site managers but never expected to receive this high level of service which have I received. They are a credit to Anwyl Homes.I would be very happy to recommend Anwyl homes in the future especially the Lawrence Gardens team. Could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone. I am extremely happy with my Anwyl Home.

I moved into my new home in December…

I moved into my new home in December and I can honestly say; I have had the best experience. All of the staff on site are ready to offer assistance with snagging or general enquiries and they have a very good working ethos, they take the time to introduce them selves and always ask if you have any issues that need to be fixed. From what I have witnessed, they follow Heath & Safety by keeping areas of work clean and accessible at all all times and are very keen on keeping the residents happy and safe.Ian and his team have done an amazing job and I would be very happy to recommend Anwyl homes in the future to friends and family.

Our move was quite specific as we were moving back to the UK from abroad. Not only that, but it was through COVID, where travel was massively restricted. The Lawrence Gardens sales team (Debbie and Hayley) were really supportive in finding us the right property and adapted our meetings so we could move forwards, even without being present onsite. They followed the process right though to the handover of the keys and are an excellent representation of the company. They were one of the reasons we decided to buy with Anwyl. It doesn't stop there. Once we moved in, the site team (Ian and Pete) have been checking in on us on a regular basis. They are reactive and helpful and have made the whole experience a real pleasure. They are here to answer questions and fix any minor defects you may come across. I would have never expected to receive the level of service that I received from them. They are a credit to the organisation. I also had a independent inspection done on the property when I moved in (to check for snags) and they were very impressed with not only the build quality but the final finish. I quote "one of the better properties they have been to". I'm sure you will not be disappointed with Anwyl property, especially if the Lawrence Gardens team is a reflection on how they operate. Could not recommend them highly enough.

It’s a few weeks now since we moved into our new Ascot DA home on Lawrence Gardens and we’re very happy both with the house - which is well designed and finished- and the service provided by the Anwyl team here. While we were moving from quite a distance away, Hayley and Debbie in the sales office ensured we were kept well-informed throughout the process and were really helpful in keeping things moving. Since we’ve moved in, Ian and Pete, the site managers, have been in regular contact to check things are fine and that any snagging - of which there’s very little, actually- is sorted. They take an obvious pride in their work, and in ensuring the new owners are completely happy with the quality of the final house. Thank you all.

We purchased a Hartford 4 bed at Lawrence Gardens, Barton in mid December. On our 1st visit to the site, we were very impressed with the spacious open green spaces within the site and layout. We were shown the beautiful show houses by Haley and Debbie , who were very professional and answered all our questions and were very knowledgeable and helpful. The site location is perfectly situated on the A6 and close to the motorway junction for travelling. Hayley and Debbie kept us informed throughout the whole purchase process. When we moved in, the site managers Ian and Pete came to see us to check everything was ok and regularly knocked to see if we needed anything. They asked us to make a snag list (there was not much). Various tradesmen appeared over the next couple of weeks and all snags were completed , over and above. Everyone was so polite , helpful and clean workers. Since moving in, we have noticed how much effort goes into keeping the site clean and tidy , even a road sweeper each day on the roads. Ian the site manager is present when work is carried out and works very hard to make sure the site is always tidy for the residents who have already moved in. The house is very well designed and a pleasure to live in. We especially find useful the door leading from the utility into the garage. We would not hesitate in recommending Anwyl, we would buy off them again. We only wish they offered a five Bedroom. The whole site seems to run like clockwork, which can only be down to Ian , his team and their professionalism. Very impressed.

Lawrence Gardens From the start of our journey with Sam in sales, though to Hayley & Debbie we have been very well served, the ladies in sales have been superb throughout & a credit to Anwyl Homes. Having now moved in to our home, the excellent service has continued from Ian & Pete who are the Site Engineers responsible for ensuring our house is in good condition for moving in. So much so that Ian even helped us plumb in our washing machine & tumble dryer, then popping in almost daily to see if we were settling in & did we require any assistance. Like all new homes we have our small issues (snagging list prepared), but have already been advised these will be attended to. Ian & his team are a further credit to Anwyl, all workers around the estate have been pleasant, helpful & courteous, with site continually being cleaned as best they can, for what essentially is still a building site.Everyone’s passion for their job is clear to see, well done Anwyl Homes

Lawrence Gardens - Barton.Fantastic service throughout the whole process of buying the house, moving in, and then after-sales support and help has been brilliant.Hayley and Debbie from the sales team were friendly and always there when I needed to ask something, they kept us updated throughout the process, sending photos to me of the house developing and allowed us an early access visit to the house. Alex, Helen and Sarah at the fairways were very helpful throughout the whole process up until our exchange of contracts last week. The amount of communication was right with us being kept updated on each step without it being too much, and everyone was always really helpful when we had questions. I first got in touch with Alex on January 5th and by the 11th March, I was able to complete the process of purchasing my new house. First Time Buyer - Anwyl were great!

I recently bought an Anwyl home in Ellesmere Port at the new Rossbank at the Oaks site. From the first engagement, all of the staff provided really detailed information and a warm welcome to me as a customer buying my first home. I dealt with Angela to begin with who was great in helping me secure my plot and choices, and then worked with Carol who guided me through the stages up until completion excellently. Both were super helpful and quick to respond to numerous queries I had as a first time buyer. I also engaged with Ian, Jacob and a couple of the builders who again were extremely engaging, helpful and polite during this process.Since moving in, my 4 week snag review was right on time and more impressively dealt with in an extremely swift manner. The site is ongoing so we continue to have interactions and despite weather challenges, the team are communicating with me and letting me know what they are upto. Dealing with Anwyl has been a breeze. I had heard about their reputation for service and housing quality before my purchase but can now verify that positively and would recommend them to any body looking to buy a new build home.
