Great Work by Technician Josh Hough

I was really happy with the work Josh Hough did last Tuesday. He came to repair parts of the wall and ceiling following a water leak from the upstairs bathroom a few months ago. He carefully sanded and repainted the affected areas, and the result looks great. The paint has blended in really well, and you honestly wouldn’t know there had ever been any damage. Josh was friendly, professional and took real care with the work. I’m really pleased with how it turned out and appreciate the care he put into it.

Very positive experience

As a first time buyer, Anwyl Homes are great to deal with and really helped with the process which can be very overwhelming. Gyllian at Lottie Gardens is so friendly and has helped with every stage and made me always feel welcome when calling in to the office to ask questions. She kept me informed at every stage and as we were the first to move into the development, made us feel very special! The moving in gift was a lovely gesture. The site team are also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our Ellen Home .

Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Anwyl throughout! Gyllian was extremely helpful and took a chance on me through my difficult mortgage process, her and June were also very helpful and on-the-ball after the mortgage offer was accepted and Dave and the builders have constructed an extremely high-quality home and responded to the very few snags with great efficiency. Beyond happy in my first home, couldn't ask for a better experience or better people to work with.

It’s been a great pleasure to have bought my new built home with Anwyl homes. Declan the site manager has been a brilliant manager. He looks after you during the whole process and after completion as well which is great as you’re not left hanging even after your completion. Sarah has also been a superstar throughout the process. Thank you to Josh Hough from Customer Services who came promptly on request to attend to our rear door handles and lock assembly. They were making crunching noises and sounded like the lock system was about to fail. He quickly identified the damaged handle internals and source replacements. The door work better now and we are good for another couple of years at least.

From the original reservation to closing on the purchase, Gyllian and June couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Ian Snr met me for meet the builder and answered any questions I had about the property and then Dave dealt with any snagging issues I had which were very few, in a very efficient and friendly way. I have been very pleased with all staff that I’ve met and extremely happy with my gorgeous new home and the build quality.

This is regrettable the worse builders…

This is regrettable the worse builders in the UK. Their homes are a disaster. Imagine going up the loft to notice that there are large patches in the loft without insulation. So unfortunate that I saw this after the 2 year warranty period. There have been potholes on the road and bumps around the manholes for over 2 years. You can only imagine how many tire changes and repairs residents must have done on their cars. You can’t even go through the bends on the roads without the fear of scratching your car. To add insult to injury, these guys recently put white giveaway pains on the road with potholes and irregular bumps. This tells you that they don’t have intentions of at least giving the residents a nice looking road. The playground is an apology. It’s incomplete and barricaded. You can imagine the frustration on people who have kids. These guys just after the money and then move to another project only to leave it halfway through.

My wife and I had a meeting with a health visitor for our newborn baby and all the technicians were considerate about reducing work noise during this time. We visited the eagles green in Warrington , as we were thinking of relocating . On arrival at the show homes we were turned away and advised she had locked up at 3pm and did we want to book ? , no thank you we had travelled with two young kids and didn’t expect to have to book to look around . Technician job

Job was for checking why we were experiencing cold temperatures in some rooms. Decided to speak to Sophie again to arrange a Technician to investigate. Paul came out to the house and he was very professional and knowledgeable about what it could be and i was reassured throughout that he would investigate it further. I felt my concerns were validated in a respectful manor and i would be more than happy for Paul to follow up for future jobs.
