The workman who came to sort out some cosmetic cracking on the staircase was very accomidating of our little ones. When they where napping he agreed a time to come back to do the work. He completed the job quickly and though I'm currently waiting for the paint to dry, it looks like he's done a great job.

We received the keys for our new Anwyl house at Lawrence Gardens almost a month ago. We are absolutely delighted with our new home and would like to thank all of the Anwyl staff involved with its purchase and construction. Debbie from the sales team sold us the house and thereafter Sarah saw us through the entire process, keeping us regularly updated until we received the keys. They were both extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Mike and Pete, the Assistant Site Managers, delivered a well-constructed building and we have been struggling to produce anything other than a very short list of minor snags. We would particularly like to thank Pete who still calls on us every few days to deal with very minor issues and just to make sure we are happy with our new home.

If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would. We have had too many problems to list in a small box. We deeply regret ever buying a house from this bunch of cowboys and have had nothing but horrific service since. I have no idea where the 4.6 rating comes from because I genuinely do not know a happy person on our site!!!! Or numerous other sites!! Particularly the rude, arrogant and offensive attitudes in all involved in customer “care”

Sometimes there can be a difference of opinion over what needs remedial work and if this has happened here then we can only apologise. Looking back to when I moved into my new Anwyl home at Victoria Mills in December 2022 I never imagined I would be here over 7 months later posting a 5-star review. One should expect a whole list of snags to sort out on taking the keys to a new build, but I was faced with the wrong kitchen, scratched windows and ducting to the extractor fan in the wrong place on top of everything else. Stressful times indeed! Initially things moved very slowly in putting things right, however a change in site manager in March saw a marked improvement. Isaac and his team have significantly improved relations with homeowners in getting problems sorted out promptly and to a high standard. Isaac goes the extra mile and regularly calls by to ensure the snags are done to a high standard. Now things are finally finished I am delighted with my new Anwyl home and give them 5 stars mainly due to the intervention of Isaac.

Worst housing developer!!!Worst customer service who take weeks, months to reply!!!From the very start everytime you will report a problem from the snags, small and big problem it will take ages to reply.Then when my husband told them that he can't find the exchanging email between them and mu husband from the time my husband reported the problem less than 2 years ago when we bought the house. The customer service said That the water leak from ensuite is not covered by anwyl warranty a sthis is more than 2 years, Fortunately I have emails with dates and photo of it as I always follow up the problem after my husband reported the problem as as usual we will received an automatic email reply from themNow they told us we need to contact NHBC dispute resolution very HELPFUL!!!!Deeply regret buying from Anwyl Lea grange full of excuses!!!!
Hi Angela, we were sorry to read your review and that you are experiencing a leak. We offer a two year builders warranty for any issues that are reported to us in the first two years of ownership. Any issues reported to Customer Services are logged on your house record for future reference, Unfortunately once that two years has passed, any new issues need to be reported to the NHBC as they are now your warranty providers. If you do find any record of reporting this to us in the first two years by all means get back in touch with our Customer Service team and they will be happy to help.

When I first visited the site back in December 2022 I was impressed with the sales team, Gyllian and Lauren were very helpful. They made sure I understood all the details and that the house would be to my liking.I got the keys in March and met Isac. As to be expected with a new house there were some snags, a scuff here and a wrong colored down light there. Isac took all these issues on board and dispatched his team to fix! He even offered to water my lawn! An interesting fact about Isac is that he loves to go riding horses at the weekend. He better be careful not to fall off!

Victoria Mills - Despite a few small hiccups and snags as you would expect with any new home. I am all settled in my new home, with the start of an amazing community around me. The development is not finished yet, but the roads are kept clean and workers are all very respectful when going about their work. The development team Issac, Mark, Gyllian, and Andy have been exceptional. They are a credit to the Anwyl Brand and have done everything they can to make my move in, snagging and getting things put right easy and stress free. This is my third new home and I would rate Anwyl as a developer that builds beautiful homes to a high specification and fit. Extra Bonus the Neighbours are great too!!

Victoria Mills AudlemBought the plot in October 2022 and moved in to property on 17th March and throughout this period was kept fully informed of progress by the sales office. On the day of purchase Isaac did a fantastic job of showing us round the house and explaining all features. As with all new houses the few snags reported have all been addressed efficiently. The development itself is unique in the way all the houses are different in style and architecture, this makes a much sought after development to live in.We would definitely recommend Anwyl developments.

We moved into our new Anwyl home at the end of March 2023 in Victoria Mills. To be honest, we had a pretty rough start with Anwyl & 6 months ago, I’m not sure I would have recommended them but it’s got better since! The sales person we dealt with at the beginning left half way through and we found there were a lot of things promised to us by him that couldn’t actually be delivered. We had the offer on our house fall through and it was an extremely stressful time. The journey definitely got better when Gyllian joined the Victoria Mills site and it was a breath of fresh air to deal with her vs the people before. Her and Tom in the end were great. When we got our keys, we were really disappointed with the finish of our home on the inside after waiting 9 months to complete. There were a lot of things wrong and a lot of things that needed to be redone but we met Issac the site manager when we moved in and he has been great ever since. Anything that needed to be fixed or rectified, was completed asap and all the trades people that have been in since have been great especially Andy! It’s just such a shame it wasn’t handed over to us at the top quality we were expecting as it’s not easy having workers in and out all the time but we can’t fault the work that has been done since so thank you for that!! We’re settling in nicely!

I own a new build house on the Anwyl cross fields site, it is a Hartford type house model. My parents also own a Hartford on the Lawrence Gardens site. I have been in the house for a month and I am loving every minute of it. The support I have received from the staff has been great. Debbie was very helpful when going through the sale process and went through everything thoroughly. Ian the site manager has been amazing and has been helpful whenever I have had any questions or any issues whatsoever. The staff at Anwyl genuinely care about the houses they build and ensure that they are of the highest quality. The houses they build are definitely worth buying and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

Isaac is the go-to guy! After a significant delay with the build and concerns about paid ‘extras’ and potential snagging, I have to say we have been massively impressed with the after-sales experience. Lauren completed our house demonstration with kindness and professionalism. She then introduced us to the site manager Issac and that is when our faith was restored in Anwyl.Although our snag list was relatively small, all have been rectified with speed and care - we have genuinely appreciated Isaac’s friendly demeanour, attention to detail and ability to get jobs completed swiftly. All the trades on site are really lovely, respectful and reliable. Any remaining jobs have been finished to a high standard. We are now really settled and happy in our Anwyl home (Euxton - Victoria Mills).

We purchased a Snowdon in April and have been delighted. The quality of the house is fantastic and exceeded our expectations.We did have several snags, and the house's cleanliness when we exchanged was poor. Additionally, we did have to remove a considerable amount of debris from our garden (Bricks, paving slabs, bags etc.).However, our site manager Isaac ensured each snag was promptly resolved. Isaac has been very proactive since we moved in regularly checking that everything is going well. The level of service from him has been fantastic. Additionally, all the site teams that have been in the house have been exemplary. I would highly recommend Anwyl Homes.
