Having recently moved into a Anwyl home we've found the whole process pretty easy. From Debbie in the sales office who answered all our many questions to Ian the site manager who went out of his way to sort the few problems we had. Ian made sure things were attended to promptly and that we were happy with the outcome. Even rolling his sleeves up to do a few odd jobs. Really friendly team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Tiny jobsThe toilet seat had become loose in my en-suite bathroom. This is the third toilet I have had an issue with and the same problem. Only issue was that the pins are hard to get at and you require a very small Allender key to fix!Today I saw an Anwyl van in my street and approached the technician.(Lee Ashworth). The guy was extremely helpful and although he was at a different scheduled job he said he would take a quick look as it could be easily resolved. He said he would call after his lunch. He promptly came and the job was done in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for your response and with no hesitation in helping me.

Having recently purchased a property on Winnington place, the service I received was outstanding.Kellie and Marie in sales were so welcoming and helpful.Through the whole process they kept me informed with regular updates, answered all my queries quickly and even organised my to do list.The site Managers Keith and Scott have been amazing, from meet the builder to after care the service received has been outstanding.All snags have been dealt with as soon as possible with efficiency and always followed up by them.Nothing is ever too much trouble they really go above and beyond to make the experience of buying a new home enjoyable.Thank you to all the Anwyl team for my beautiful new home.

My experience is with Lee Reynolds and Paul Higham, they are excellent Customer Service Technicians. They came today to replace the back door and the panelling around it and they were so thorough and precise with their work that the finish was absolutely exceptional. Both gentlemen were friendly, bubbly and very helpful and their work ethic was second to none, they barely stopped for a break, and it’s been one of the hottest days today!Thank you to both of them! 😊

Bretton Home- Victoria MillsWe got our keys to our Bretton home in March and loved it straight away! Issac has helped with all our snags and the main snags were sorted straight away. We had to wait a little for some others, I'm guessing because they just needed to find some time, but they did all get sorted. Isaac is a friendly face who is always happy to help. This is our first home and we love it. We love the location and the neighbours are brilliant! We are very lucky!

Excellent experience! I moved to the house in Holmes Chapel for a month and everything works perfectly. Gyĺlian and Lauren from sales team help us a lot during the entire purchase process. After we moved in, site manager Isaac and Andy helped us fix all the snagging issues within short period of time.

Sales team at Victoria Mills Holmes Chapel such as Tom and Alex were great. Big delays in completion of the house being build cost us thousands more! Once we had the keys they don't really care about your concerns. Issac helped where he could but the complaints procedure are poor and they don't resolve anything. Really poor driveway and I regret the whole experience with Anwyl at Victoria Mills. I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.
Hi Marcus, we're really sorry to read your review, sometimes we do experience delays in the build of our new homes due to factors outside of our control, material shortages or the weather for example. We are sorry that the complaints procedure wasn't able to assist you, often this is because there is no further action required from Anwyl Homes. If you remain unhappy, you are able to contact the NHBC for an independent review, under the terms of your buildmark warranty.
