Another brilliant job completed by Lee Ashworth. Lee has fixed a few snags around my house and has always been professional, informative and polite. I had an issue with my flooring causing it to dip and Lee knew the problem before even lifting the carpet up so his judgement was spot on from the get go. Lee has fixed it perfectly and left it very tidy. Thanks again Lee you’re a star.

From the second we started looking at a new home, Marie and Kelly in the sales office kept us up to date and helped advise on extras.Fast forward to moving in, the date for getting the keys was exactly the date predicted many months before and since we have moved in Scott and Keith have been brilliant in their advice and help with minor snags.Would recommend Anwyl to anybody looking for a quality new build.

TrustpilotWhere are all the Lee’s of the world
Lee visited my house on 21st & 22nd of November to rectify some faults. I would like to say what a polite and clean worker he is. Nothing was to much trouble, he just got on with the job. I only wish Lee could complete the rest of my outstanding issues with the property, like the abysmal gloss and emulsion paint work, the trip hazards in the bathrooms, the shoddy joinery work especially to the staircase and door frames, the seepage of oil from the silicone into the paint work which makes it look dirty, the list goes on. Lee is very knowledgeable across various trades and is an asset to Anwly. I wish that one of the Directors of the Company would dare to visit some of their purchasers just to see what they go through as a result of shoddy tradesmen. The painters have now been in on three occasions and their work still needs correcting. Where are all the Lee’s of this world.

Paul , one of the technicians is a lovely bloke. Treated our house with respect and made sure he had his shoe covers on. Did a really neat repair, cleaned up all the mess, you wouldn't even know he had been. Worked well with the plumber and returned early to finish off so we could make an appointment we had in the afternoon. Great work Paul and thanks for your efforts.

Absolutely brilliant experience/customer service from Anwyl. I simply can’t fault them and find it hard to believe some of the negative reviews. From initially buying the property with Kelly and Maria from the sales team, who may I add are an absolute credit to Anwyl homes to moving in and working with the site managers Scott and Keith. Everything ran like clockwork, very few minor snags and I’m writing this review after living in the property for over eight weeks! The snags I did find were very quickly resolved by the friendly and super helpful site managers, who always ask when they see me about the site if everything is ok. After buying a new build in the past with a different developer and having a difficult experience, I was apprehensive, but I needn’t worry. Brilliant team at Winnington Place, houses are still buying built and those looking I can’t recommend enough!

Engagement by a very good on site team before we moved in and during the weeks afterwards. No issue was deemed too small to talk to them about and they were very helpful at all times. Moving house is always a stressful time and they certainly did their best to ensure as much stress was removed from the process where they were able to.

Paul and Ian, the site managers, are both absolute legends. I have nothing but respect for them and their team. They take so much pride in their work and want it to be right for them as much as they want it to be right for you, they’re super friendly and despite us buying our house through a housing group so they didn’t even need to make an effort - they went the extra mile and made the whole experience great. Truly amazing team!

We spotted a ready Anwyl home for sale in the Fairways and moved in with everything settled within 3 months. This incredible speed and smooth process was made possible due to the excellent services provided by its sales and site teams. At the sales office, Helen readily provided every detail we need on the development and the available homes. She even worked overtime to take us to the houses in the site and offered exceptional assistance we never expected. With her thorough understanding on our needs and thoughtfulness, she gave concrete and useful advice with any questions or queries we raised. Every promise and assurance she made on behalf of Anwyl was subsequently honoured, making the whole process of purchasing our home an easy, hassle free and pleasant one. Lauren and Sarah of her team were also very helpful.At the 4-week call after we moved in, Joe Turano, our site manager went through the snag report we have commissioned with us carefully and attentively, explaining in full details what would be repaired and what not. He even went beyond the report and arranged for repairing a broken kitchen floor tiles (which had skipped our notice) for us. Joe was highly efficient in coordinating the right technicians to fix or replace items in a timely and orderly manner. He also made follow-up calls or visits to check if the jobs were done and to make sure we were happy with the outcome. He even took up a few odd jobs himself and fixed those snags perfectly. Basing on our good experience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend homes of Anwyl to interested parties.
