Purchased a house on the Fairways estate in Handforth, really well built and site team were helpful with any minor issues throughout the 4 week moving in period. Shout out Site Manager, Gaz, who always checked in regularly to ensure everything was sorted, would recommend for anyone looking to purchase an Anywl home.

Hi just approached one of Anwyl homes engineer and asked he could just fit the cover on my kitchen door back on, not only did he do this with no hesitation but then saw the plinth off the front door and without any promoting from me came back and fitted a new plinth on the front door step. Great service from such a helpful and courteous man. Thanks Richard Nelson for your help and service. Most appreciated Richard.

This review is NOT for Anwyl Homes as a house builder, but for an INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE. Mr Lee Ashworth - a member of customer care service team.Lee fully prepared and painted the front door to a very high standard - as I would expect. It is such a pity that the site painters whom had total disregard for our property could not be called professional tradespersons :(Well done Lee, keep up your high standards.

Purchased the Altham House type on the Whittle Brook Park development in Heywood. House is very well built and the team went above and beyond when required especially after completion. Communication was key to completing quickly and Anwyl responded with all my queries in very good times. The site team went above and beyond especially with garden extra’s I required. Definitely recommend for any one looking to buy a new build home.

I had an issue with my boiler recently, I phoned Keith who said I needed to phone Customer Care and Keith came straight round to check I was ok. Sophie in Customer Care was fantastic and I was so grateful for her help at that time. Sophie and Keith went above and beyond to make sure the boiler was fixed. I cannot thank them both enough for organising everything to make sure the boiler was sorted and making sure I was ok. Amazing Customer Care.

Avoid.Sales team is not professional.Make sure you write every issue you can spot on the document the day you collect the keys.It's hard to get the snags fixed. And you need to keep chasing customer "care".They always hide behind NHBC, so they don't fix the issue.Site manager won't care about residents.

I moved in to my new home back in June and I’m beyond happy with the experience from start to finish. Being by myself with two young boys I was apprehensive but everyone has been so helpful in particular Ian who has gone above and beyond. The development its self is beautiful and finished to a really high standard. After previously buying a new build from another builders I can honestly say my experience with anwyl has been faultless and I would highly recommended.

Richard was very helpful and made sure we were in before he arrived. He came to prepare and paint our door in Colwyn Bay, which he did with care and attention. He was tidy and didn't make any mess. Having moved from Northern Ireland on my own I recently purchased my house and can only praise the staff who work there. From Marie in the sales office who was really helpful in giving me advice and so pleasant, to the site Managers Scott, Keith and recent employee Andy.These wee bunch of lads went above and beyond their duty, always striving to help, fix and advise when necessary.There were a few snags and one issue with my hob was resolved with the help of Keith and I was really grateful. The other minor snags were immediately seen to as well.Their good humour and general behaviour were first class and I will always be indebted to them all.I have no hesitation in recommending Anwyl Builders to anyone buying a new home.
