Good solid build although a few minor annoyances along the way.Office staff in after sales team not very cooperative and could do with reading their own customer care brochure.That said the site manager Ian was always willing to help and very pro active in solving issues to the customers satisfaction

From the initial sales visit with Gyllian to completion and beyond with Isaac the site manager, the process of purchasing a property on Victoria Mills in Holmes Chapel has been a communicative and collaborative one. The site team and sales office were very informative at the start and through out the process. The few snags we had were completed quickly and to a high spec from Isaac and his team. We have had no major issues, just little snags that were put right straight away. The finish of the house and spec were better than we had initially thought when we were given the keys. We have been here 5 months now and it really feels like home.

The building staff and the quality of the homes are amazing. Did have a problem with the sales staff as they lost my files on how to finish my home but in spite of that I am delighted with Anwyl.

We recently purchased a house on the Crossfields site in Catterall after falling in love with the show home. We had a few stressful weeks during the purchase phase due to being in a chain and Imogen was extremely helpful and understanding throughout. Once we moved in, we had a professional snagging company come out and they also said they were impressed with the quality of work and that you could tell care had been taken throughout the build and although, like with all properties, there were a few snags they were all very small minor things.Ian was superb at getting everything resolved straight away and made sure everything was done to a great standard. Ian kept in touch every day to make sure that we were happy, settling in well and to make sure we had no other issues. Nothing has been too much or too little and Ian is always happy to help. If we haven't been in whilst people have been fixing the snags Ian has always made sure our dog was ok and happy. We are both happy with our house and glad we chose Anwyl and if we were to buy another new build in the future we would happily choose Anwyl again.

This review is NOT for Anwyl Homes as a house builder, but for an INDIVIDUAL EMPLOYEE. Mr Lee Ashworth - a member of customer care service team.Lee was meticulous when he adjusted our internal doors, which were catching at the tops of the frames. Very clean and tidy and didn’t rush and bodge the job! He took as long as I would have expected :) We are hoping Lee will undertake all the other outstanding snags. Well done Lee!Anwyl needs to employ more like minded individuals, instead of the characters on site

Winnington Place From the sales team to the site team, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Kelly and Marie from Sales have been wonderful in seeing us through to the handover. The handover file full of helpful information was something we didn’t receive from other house builders so that was really useful.Keith, Andy and Scott have been great. We had a few items on the snagging list and they were fixed promptly. We also had two incidents with the drains and that was seen to by another very helpful guy on site. (Welsh guy - sorry I didn’t get his name) I’m glad to report that the site team continues to be there for us if we encounter any issues. Overall we are extremely happy with the house. We chose the Euxton and love the floorplan. And we look forward to turning this house into a home. Last but not least a huge thank you to the crew from Anwyl Homes Winnington Place who have helped make this process as stress free as possible.
