Perfect experience!

We’ve had a really great experience with Anwyl, from the minute we came to view our house Gyllian went above and beyond and supported us through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. We couldn’t have done it without her! The quality of the build is amazing even down to the doors and skirting boards. Since we’ve moved in all the workmen and Isaac, our site manager can’t do enough to help us and fixed any issues immediately.

Anwyl Homes - Queen’s Meadow

From my first meeting with Claire back in March to August when I moved into my new home, Anwyl have been amazing to deal with. The purchase of my house was easy and the sales team, Claire & Natasha were always in contact with me and supported me fully.Since moving in I have had a few issues as you do with a new build house and the building team have been great. The site managers Neil and Sam are fantastic and have helped sort everything.I am really happy with my new house and the quality of it.

We have been in our Henley style Anwyl…

We have been in our Henley style Anwyl home over 2 years now and have only had minor snags, all have been rectified apart from a bit of painting and a front garden tree we are waiting on, which I’m told will be sorted soon. A recent fault was found by Anwyll on this house type in the roof tiling, and they have been back and quickly treated all the houses of this type on the estate. Ian in charge of the works even changed the order of the planned works as I am due a baby any day and he wanted to get ours done before the arrival.

We bought our home through Anwyl at the end of September 2024 and are incredibly happy with everything.From the start of the process Marie (Sales Office) was absolutely fantastic, she dealt with all of our questions (my girlfriend asks A LOT of questions) within 24 hours. Her communication was brilliant the whole way through the process, nothing was ever too much!We mainly dealt with Keith (Site Manager) on site, again, he was absolutely brilliant with helping us with any questions and advice on what to do once we had moved in.The quality of the house is really good, we're really happy with it and would definitely buy from Anwyl again if we ever needed to!

Absolutely disgusting! SON INJURED!!

Absolutely disgusting!! This has been in the local press !! And about to be on BBC Wales! My son fell through a broken drain grid on site., causing bruising to his legs and panic! Took 4 days for a manager to call me back. And once they completed “their review of the site” I get an email back saying it’s basically our own fault because they advise people to use the pathways! How are we supposed to get from one path to another without crossing the road??!!! They refused all responsibility!!

Highly recommend Anwyl at Parc BodafonThe Whole experience has been excellent from the initial phone call made to the sales lady, Elizabeth Woosnam, about 12 months ago who was always professional, friendly and very helpful at every stage from choosing the plot to moving in. Throughout the process she always kept us in the loop and updated us weekly which made the move totally stress free.We love our house which is perfect, beautiful and quality workmanship with only a couple of minor snags which were sorted immediately after they were reported.The sales lady Elizabeth, site manager Blethyn and assistant site manager Matt and all the contractors are a credit to Anwyl. The area and location are extremely welcoming, friendly, peaceful and every day still feels like a holiday with the lovely community, local amenities, beach, shops, restaurants etc all within walking distance.

Having Gareth as our site manager made…

Having Gareth as our site manager made our moving in experience 5 star. Moving into a new build can be daunting not everything is always perfect straight away but having Gareth and his team looking after us made us feel so secure and sure that any issues would be sorted efficiently. Every time we had an enquiry or needed support Gareth made sure we were attended to. Our home is wonderful and we love living here on The Fairways. Thank you to Gareth and Anwyl for making our experience a positive one. Gareth is very professional and knows his sites inside out, what I love is that he knows all our names and makes us feel part of the Anwyl family. I would recommend Anwyl to anyone looking at new build homes.
