We’ve been very impressed with the standard of customer care from Anwyl. Michele always responds to emails within the window stated and has been fantastic in organising any necessary work. Thank you also to Lee for the 2 appointments he attended to rectify the painting on our front door. He arrived with all the kit and materials to do a thorough job. We saw him take great care with finishing to a high standard and are really pleased with the work.

We moved in to the Queens Meadow estate, Shavington, in June 24. Our experience with Anwyl has been exceptional throughout the entire process and we have absolutely made the right choice of developer. I have a good friend in the building trade, who told me which developers to go with and who to avoid. We are so glad he recommended Anwyl as one of the good ones.After sales has been above my expectations. The few snags we have had have been fixed within a couple of days of reporting them. Neil (Site Manager) and Sam have dealt with them timely and professionally and we cant thank them enough

We moved into our new home over summer 2024 and overall we were really pleased with the process and the finish to the property. Debbie initially dealt with the sale, but was then transferred to another site. This did cause some confusion as to when the property would be ready and meant we had to move into temporary accommodation for 6 weeks. However, what we were told verbally at the time of reservation didn't match the paperwork, so there was nothing we could do.Once we were in our home, the site manager Ian went above and beyond to check we were happy and to deal with any minor snags. These are expected in any new build home and there weren't many. Unfortunately, there was a leak upstairs from the bathroom which then damaged the kitchen ceiling downstairs. Whilst it was inconvenient, it was put right very quickly and we were more than happy with the way it was dealt with. Any staff that came to fix snags were always polite and professional. We would definitely recommend Anwyl to others.

We bought an Anwyl property in July 2024 in Winnington and all staff have been absolutely fantastic, very professional and courteous too.Our first contact was with Marie and Kelly who couldn't have been more helpful acting in a friendly and professional manner from start to finish.Once we moved in to the property we dealt with the on-site managers Keith, Andy and Scot who have also been incredibly helpful, courteous and very professional. We had a few very minor snags (to be expected with a new property) and the on-site managers very quickly rectified these minor problems with an extremely high degree of professionalism and efficiency and very importantly, to our personal satisfaction.We have absolutely no issues in highly recommending Anwyl to anyone who is looking to buy a new property in the Northwich area.

Chris the Customer Service Technician arrived promptly at the Colwyn Bay development. He informed me of the jobs he was doing when he arrived and all jobs were completed to a high standard. During the jobs, he took his time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. In other words, he took time to do things well. He was friendly, helpful and also tidied up after he had finished. We would recommend Chris to others.

From the initial purchase inquiry I can not praise Debbie and Jilly highly enough . A smooth purchase process with all the additional extras added without any problems. Despite an administrative error in which the wrong colour kitchen was fitted site manager Ian replaced the entire kitchen within a fortnight. All the very slight issues within the property were sorted promptly to a high standard by Ian and his team . Would recommend Anwyl to family and friends alike

The staff at Anwyl are exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the process of purchasing our new home.Marie who was sales guide was excellent and professional, she made sure the process ran smoothly and kept us updated on the build/handover date, The site managers Keith and Scott made sure our home was up to the quality of standard we expect, they checked up on us regularly to make sure that there has been no additional issues to be addressed.The house itself has been amazing quality build, 3 bedroom house, all the choices we have requested has been completed with exceptional standard with no faults found with the house.

From start to finish the whole team from Anwyl Homes at Winnington Place have been brilliant. From the ladies in the sales office, Kelly & Marie helped us through the buying process explaining or the legalities to help with choosing fixtures and finishes to our new home to the after sales team who have been excellent. With a nothing too much trouble attitude, Keith has helped us settle into our new home with friendly, helpful advice and support. The few minor issues we did have were dealt with promptly with the team going over and beyond to meet our expectations.
