GoogleSpoke to Anthony Pepe estate agents sales today 21/07/16 @ 12:30 and spoke to sales. Looking for a two bed with a tiny bit of outside space ideally 375,000 met with a hugely arrogant response from the representative telling me that he'd sold a one bed in the area for 415,000 giving me the impression that what I was offering wasn't worth him getting out of bed for, I live in the area and am viewing a two bed later today for 349,000 so they are out there. He then went on too show off about 14 sales this month giving me the impression that my business is not really required and that I should be made to feel fortunate that he's even taking time to talk to me. They didn't seem to proud when they rang me two or three times last month and continuously inundate me with emails etc I don't know whether it's just estate agent bravado trying to pigeon chest the brexit slump or just arrogance but it put me off for good. I'll just go to another estate agent there's plenty out there who would be happy to offer customer service even with my meagre offerings. You might have 14 sales this month but what about next? Anthony Pepe please don't forget the reason your sat at your desk and the damage that poor customer service and negative posts can create

GoogleWe would absolutely recommend Anthony Pepe if you're thinking of selling your property. We've had a great experience selling our house. Ben, Nasia, Maria and the rest of the team were excellent and professional throughout. We've exchanged and completion is now imminent! Ben came to see us in March - everything was straightforward, clear and we appointed AP shortly afterwards having considered one other agent. The photographer was professional, helpful and the brochure AP produced was good. AP already had a number of suitable applicants on their books and fired up interest quickly with many viewings during our first week to market in early April (including a few beforehand). A couple of offers were made and we accepted an asking price offer which came to the table in just over a week. Particular thanks to Nasia around the offer stage and Maria in the time since who were brilliant with answering our questions, ironing out minor hiccups, getting all parties moving in the right direction, and generally staying ahead of the game and keeping us updated. We've ended up with lovely local buyers who are really on the level, no messing around. Thanks so much guys & gals at AP it's been a pleasure!

GoogleVery unprofessional agency in 301 Green Lanes... The property consultant Jesal was quite pleasant but made the mistakes which was quite disappointing . After we had to speak to another member of staff Sophie Roe who was quite rude and not loyal. She pretty much told me to stop talking to her on a phone. They gave us a lot of stress and trouble with the flat we wanted to rent by cancelling it 4 days before moving for a very stupid reason from the landlord. Didn't give full information about a whole process after argued on a phone for 40 minutes with my partner. Asking the way to much private information and documents without no need. Took the money for holding deposit and still not guaranteed that you will get a flat. Absolutely unexpected and shocking. Will never come back and recommend to another people!

GoogleThey are happy to discuss your offers with other prospective tenants to drive the price up. Kept me waiting almost two week for a response on offer (which lost me chance at another accommodation), then rejected based on the fact I was self employed, despite knowing this from the beginning.

GoogleI can wholeheartedly recommend Anthony Pepe in Harringay. Michael and the team have been managing my property for a considerable amount of time and I have never had any issues with rental payments or the property being empty. Everything is communicated quickly and efficiently and they are a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleAnthony Pepe are a great estate agents. They pride themselves on their customer care and sales expertise and from our experience they won't disappoint. They recently sold a property for us in N15 and we were really impressed by their professional approach and attentive service. The property sold straight away and they kept us in the loop throughout the whole process.

GoogleWe were recommended Anthony Pepe by another Estate Agent in another area. Mina dealt with the sale and from the outset and stated we were in control and that proved to be the point throughout the process. We didn't feel hassled at any time and were constantly kept up to date with what was happening as well as being offered advice and guidance. Towards exchange he dealt comprehensively and quickly with solicitors and other estate agents to get the end result. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleStaff at Anthony Pepe were always helpful and amiable. Responses were generally answered promptly and they were able to arrange delivery of a mattress at short notice and at a good price. However, at times administration could have been more coordinated between departments, such as passing on specific notes about the property during viewings and contractual agreements reflected accurately in invoices. Notably both issues were corrected promptly.

GoogleGoing to have to give them 1 star because they use HomeLet for referencing. Humiliating referencing process. Me and my partner had the exact same job, at the same company, same positive landlord reference and same clean credit file. They passed me in 12 hours, and they took 6 whole days carrying out extra checks on her, really trying hard to find a reason to fail her. They finally used the excuse that she didn't provide the February bank statement. Morons. February statements aren't available until the 12th of March. We are considering a lawsuit as they publicly humiliated her infront of the estate agent, landlords and several others. We will see the SAR report first before taking legal action. Oh and they refused to give me the property despite passing the HomeLet reference process. So I was penalised because someone else unrelated to me failed their reference. Classy. Fair. I could have afforded the property solo as I make 60k. HomeLet painted my partner as some Nigerian fraudster which was highly embarrassing, and I can't wait for the defamation lawsuit against HomeLet.
