Google(Zero stars) The worst incapable bunch of shysters you could ever imagine. Basic levels of communication non existent. They lied to our landlord, they took our money and misled us the tennants. Disgraceful behaviour and shocking 'service' - we the tennants had no room for recourse sadly and they abused their position

GoogleExcellent, couldn't have asked for better estate agents. Quick, on the ball and understand the situation. Would definitely use them again Thanks Stu

GoogleTim and Nasia both helped me with the sale of my flat and I have to say that I've been impressed. They have been attentive, informative and have worked really hard all the way through the process. One thing that has stood out dealing with Anthony Pepe is the level of good consistent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Anthony Pepe and would certainly use them again.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of our flat in Highbury through Anthony Pepe and are extremely grateful to Tim Gray and his team who went above and beyond all our expectations to ensure all difficulties(and there were a few)were overcome. Great communication, customer service, and knowledge of the sale process meant that Tim had our confidence throughout.

GoogleGreat agents. Sensible pricing and knowledgeable about the market. Good sales patter but no hard selling.

GoogleConsistently ignoring us as tenants and offered little to no support/help. Would definitely recommend considering other options before signing a property managed by Anthony Pepe.

GoogleI would like it to be known that we have been completely satisfied with the service we received in selling our flat in Highbury Stadium Square. From the first day when I sought several valuations and Tim was professional, friendly, realistic and thorough (and comes from Lincolnshire!!), there was no contest from other agents. Having decided to sell with Anthony Pepe, Tim has always been available for totally honest advice and support. We quickly received a good offer and I was at first concerned at losing minute by minute contact with Tim when we were told that a sales progression manager would look after us, but Andrea has been absolutely brilliant. What can I say? She has shown amazing attention to detail and always responded to emails and calls immediately in a reassuring and professional way. She has made it all so straightforward and I really feel that she became a friend (and you don't often hear that about estate agents!). Well done and thank you to everyone at Anthony Pepe. GoogleAnthony Pepe have been managing our rental property for 18 months, with Stephanie looking after the property for the last few months. We've had a few issues with the rental lately and Stephanie has done a wonderful job of guiding us through everything and resolving the issues.

GooglePaolo was really professional and we received all the info that we needed, when exchanging our flat. We were reassured throughout the process. Very pleased with the service received.

GoogleI cannot praise Anthony Pepe Estate Agents and, in particular, our wonderful agent ' Paolo Lusardi enough ! Paolo consistently kept in touch with us , was so friendly and helpful he made the difficult process of moving home as straight forward and stress free as was possible . His cheery persona and his tenacity without making us feel pressured was the perfect pitch and his efficiency was second to none. We are very grateful for all Paolo's help and support and would highly recommend him and his agency without hesitation. Thank you so much Paolo.

GoogleWorking with Paolo on the purchase of my flat was an absolute pleasure. Buying your first property, when you have no idea what you're doing, can feel quite stressful and confusing, but Paolo went out of his way pretty much every single day to help me make sense of the process. He explained everything clearly at every step, helped me communicate with my very unhelpful solicitors, and kept the flow of information between me and the seller at a healthy level. I'll admit that I haven't always had the highest opinion of estate agents, but Paolo has made me feel very guilty about that - I'll definitely be going to him and Anthony Pepe when it comes to selling this flat (hopefully not any time soon!)

GoogleI recently completed on a purchase of a property I viewed through Anthony Pepe Estate Agents. Paolo was the agent dealing the sale and he provided an excellent service. He was very professional, friendly and helpful; and continued to keep me regularly updated. I have dealt with a number of estate agents, and this had been one of the better experiences. I have no issue at all in recommending their services.
