GoogleI used Anthony Martin at Barnehurst to sell my property. I couldn’t have asked for better service from an Estate agent. They were so helpful with the whole process, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. A special thanks to Amelia who was always on the end of the phone or email when I had a question.

GoogleSharon was just fantastic! knowledgeable and professional and, in our opinion, a step above other estate agents! Sharon supported us from start to finish and we never doubted that she would help us sell our property even when we hit a few snags along the way. From the initial meeting and valuation, the marketing and selling of our property to completion Sharon was fabulous support throughout the whole process. Can't recommend her enough!

GoogleI moved out of a rental property recently and the landlord agreed to return my full deposit. However, over three weeks have passed and it still has not been returned by Anthony Martin. I'm appalled by their lack of concern and no attempt has been made to resolve this issue. I'm sure they'd be quick to chase (and apply late fees / interest) had I missed a payment to them. Just awful.

GoogleWe were buyers for Anthony Martin. Despite that they weren't really acting as our agents, yet, our experience with Anthony Martin was delightful. Starting from arranging viewings, to calm negotiation, guidance in the process, responsiveness, proactiveness to follow-up for updates of the onward chain and everything else that one can imagine. We visited the property thrice excl. our surveyor visiting and they were supportive each time. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to sell or even buy through them. GoogleAmanda and Holly were honestly the most persistent resilient estate agents for us. Our buying journey was far from the easiest but they made sure to advocate for and show a great level of support and professionalism. Keeping us informed at all times and making sure that throughout the process we were able to call on them. We are not ready to buy another ANYTIME soon but when we are we will definitely be using Anthony Martins. Special shout out to Amanda because she was honestly an angel and present from the start ♥️

I left a negative review here and was called by a director promising to get back to me if I was to remove my review which I did. 6 months passed no news to my complaint. This time review stays and don’t bother calling. Response to owner: Your staff and your management failed to address our needs and concerns. We lost at least two months rent for your failure and on top of that none of you cared to give us a call back apart from the request to remove the review.

Good Afternoon Emir, Thank you for raising this with us. We will do an internal investigation into this and try to resolve the matter. Apologies, this is not part of our usual service and we will try to get to the bottom as to why this fell through the cracks.

GoogleHeartfelt thanks to Holly and Amanda. You both are amazing! Amanda and Holly at Anthony Martin are one of the best estate agents in the town. Frankly they were not my estate agents but were agent of sellers down the chain. Both Amanda and Holly are transparent, honest, efficient and skilled negotiators. My sale had nearly fallen through because of the seller's refusal to discuss and their arrogant estate agent who called the sale off without any consideration or discussion. It's shameful that such estate agents exists that can bring you to tears on your knees. However this power duo saved the day and salvaged the deal. It was just because of them that I was able to purchase my first home for which I am grateful to them. Throughout the whole process, it was just this agent in the entire end to end chain who had kept track of transaction, followed up and even kept me upto date of everything that was happening. My advice to future sellers, they are worth every penny if anyone needs to hire these two agents . I surely would in near future.
