GoogleTarkan and the team at Anthony Martin have been superb from day one. We followed all of their advice when listing our property and it was sold 5 days after going live! They’ve been there to assist every step of the way and have given advise and guidance when needed. We are already lining up their services again for our next move and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everybody we know.

GoogleDealing with Anthony Martins team has been the best decision we made. The accuracy and professionalism is top notch. Lee from (Swanscombe branch) is an absolute treasure, he guided us the through the whole process and honestly went above and beyond. We were able to secure our rental property within a week's time. Jessy, such a darling ! always ready to help with all inquiries. Chloe and Nadine the management team thumbs up to you Ladies!! They dealt with all our requests and challenges with ease.

GoogleWe decided to sell our house with Anthony Martin as they were recommended to us, The process of selling was explained by Tarkan very well, Our property was on the market with photo's within a week , Our sales progressor Amelia was fantatic, she answered emails within the hour any time of day or evening and was very efficient with the phone calls and professional throughout, Amelia was on hand from the very start up to the point of us getting our keys for our new house. we never felt alone through this very stressful time, Thankyou Amelia, Tarkan and Joe you were all fantastic

GoogleI've dealt with many Estate agents but this by far was my worst experience. Dealt with someone named Freya while I was interested in a Property to rent. First of all the directions were quite poor and I had to round in circles a lot to find the property in the first place. There was no mention of the parking arrangements or that there would be no parking available. The viewing itself was quite shambolic. It wasn't an open house but lots of people had turned up at the same time, we all seemed to get in each other's way and the poor tenant was left to do mos of the explanations. Then I made an offer, and they put me on ice for a very long time not providing any response either way. While I waited patiently for their response, I went on Rightmove only for me to notice the property was now showing as 'Let Agreed'. Absolutely appalling way to treat a customer

GoogleWhen people do an excellent job they should be praised for their efforts. This is why I am writing this review, Tan and the rest of the team were very professional, giving advice that was both helpful and accurate, allowing for a very quick sale at the right price for the current market, Thanks again for your efforts, we are very happy.

GoogleHI All, Disappointment. Despite having received confirmation that we definitely secured the house, they canceled the process. As a result, I lost the other rental option I had. Even though they didn't provide any information about the deposit, they informed me that I didn't pass the financial check and didn't refund any of the deposits I had paid. I cut my vacation short and returned to the UK to complete this process, and since I've returned, I've still been looking for a house because of the agency. I've been trying to get my deposits back for about 10 days and haven't even received a response.

GoogleCant thank everyone at Anthony Martin enough for selling my 2 homes quickly, brilliant communication at all times and nothing was too much trouble. When purchasing my new home I had regular updates from them before my solicitor called. Wouldnt have been able to get my dream home without them.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team at Anthony Martin, so helpful, even when it didn’t seem like selling my house was going smoothly. The stand out member of the team is without any doubt Tan. He has everything you would hope for in an estate agent, honesty, integrity, respect, so much so that a downside of selling my house is that I no longer get to talk to Tan who is a thoroughly top gent! Thanks to all the team for helping me sell the house, and I thoroughly recommend them to sell a house for anyone.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Anthony Martins' Dartford team, consisting of Tarkan, Joe, and Amelia. Their straight-talking, knowledgeable, and proactive approach was refreshing and highly effective. Tarkan did a fantastic job marketing my property, securing offers above the asking price even in a challenging market. Amelia was brilliant in managing the progression, consistently keeping me informed and providing reassuring insights to my questions. The service was not only outstanding but also offered great value for money with a very competitive fee. I highly recommend the Dartford team to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleExcellent service! Both Tan and Lee were incredibly helpful throughout the viewings and the entire property purchasing process. GoogleWe used Anthony Martin to sell and purchase a property. All members of staff are very professional, honest, approachable and overall were a pleasure to deal with. Tan was especially helpful in our slightly longer than anticipated journey , always at the end of the phone and very helpful. Thanks very much for help you have provided - would 100% recommended this agency to sell/purchase property in local area.

GoogleThe Agent "JO from Dartford Branch" was extremely helpful & professional. Jo took time to listen to our needs & "juggled" things around to provide a viewing that suited our availability. Jo was very curtious & attentive when showing us around the property. He called when he said he would call & we felt we could "trust" him. Nothing seemed to be any bother for him - It was a pleasurable experience (even though we declined from buying that particular property, Jo was still very polite & encouraging).

GoogleWe have just sold our property with Anthony Martin team and I can honestly say - we could not have asked for a better team for this task. From Start to finish - Carl, Sharon, Carly and Amelia (sales progressor)have been nothing but absolutely amazing. Always professional, caring attitude, excellent communication - they made us feel as ease with the process from the start. All questions were answered immediately with nothing being of trouble for the team. I cannot recommend Anthony Martin Barnehurst Estate Agents enough and will be using them to buy a property in the future. Thank you!

GoogleMy partner and I had a thoroughly good experience with the Anthony Martin team last year when we bought our first home together and Anthony Martin were the agents our vendors had chosen. From meeting Sharon at our first viewing to the day be went to their offices at one of their branches to pick up our keys, the whole team were welcoming and professional. As first time buyers, my partner and I were unsure of the process but they guided us through this and always communicated with us in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Anthony Martin to anyone and only have food things to say about the team and our experience with them.
