We recently sold our house through Anthony Martin and would 100% recommend them to anybody else looking to sell their homes too. Holly came to value our property and she took the time to go through everything with us explaining the reasons for the price she gave and we agreed on a good price to market the property at given that two other houses were for sale in our road too. Once the property went on the market, we were given updates to how much interest we had and then the viewings started coming in. We managed to sell the house within 3 weeks of going on the market. When we were looking for a property, Holly had a great understanding of what it was we were looking for and arranged some viewings very quickly for us. Unfortunately we did not find anything that suited us via Anthony Martin but that was due to there not being much that fit our criteria out on the market. Both Holly and Amanda kept in touch and provided updates regularly and when we had questions or something was held up they were quick to chase up the relevant people for us. From sale to completion only took around 12 weeks. We do not plan to move again, however I would definitely recommend anyone thinking of selling their house to do so with Holly & Amanda

I thought I’d left a review at the beginning of the year but it didn’t post. I really want to thank the star and angel that is Amanda for tirelessly working to help us get our first home. There were times when we thought we wouldn’t get it but Amanda kept our hopes up and gave us an incredible amount of support. The house buying process (especially as first timers) is not easy but having this estate agents representing us made it a little bit more pleasant. Special shout out to Holly for jumping in also. Can't speak highly enough of the Bexleyheath team. A lot of people talk the talk but between Luke, Mandy and Amelia, my wife and I were so pleased with the service. After struggling to sell our house and having our purchase of another fall through, we had to go back to the drawing board. Enter Luke and the team who came in like Marvel's Avengers and not only helped to find us a buyer, offering even more than we had previously been offered but we also found our forever home through them, which we fell in love with even more so than the original house we went for. Some may argue that the above is all down to luck, however, what can't be argued with is the process of putting our house on the market, organising viewings, and the regular check ins between offer accepted and completion. From the very beginning, it was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing, and it was only because of the constant chasing and reminding from me/my team. We were told that someone would call us back, but never did, left voicemails and messages with staff. Finally after viewing around 2.5 weeks after initial contact, I made an offer. Again, communication was slow, and it's not clear where the problem was, although Anthony Martin stated it was the vendor who was unresponsive. We finally came to an agreement and we proceeded with the lowest the owner would accept. The property was amended to STC, so I provided all of my details and instructed my soliticor, paid the search fees and left it as that. Shortly after, I received an email from Anthony Martin that they received another offer for the same value, from a buyer in the exact same position as me. They forwarded this to the owner, who in turn accepted. Bottom line - over a month wasted and unecessary solicitor fees spent, this is the most unprofessional agent I've come across. I understand some things are out of estate agent's hands, but to pull out like this AFTER my offer was accepted AND solicitors paid and instructed is appalling.
