GoogleWe sold my dad’s house using Anthony Martin, and whilst we quickly found a buyer it ended up in a long, protracted sale (due to the chain). Ben remained patient and professional throughout, with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend the team there.

GoogleWorst management team I have ever seen. For two years they didn’t even checked once that how you are living and what do you need actually? And after two years asking for documents and inspections wow. And when you want to leave the property they didn’t returned our deposits. However, Ryan and Freya were amazing I would say. So, please be aware of the management team honestly.

GoogleI started my home buying process in January, with just about 2.5 months to spare before the SDLT went up. I was nervous that the purchase would not complete in time but my concerns were laid to rest by Florence, who did a fantastic job on keeping me updated and keeping the heat on the seller and the sellers solicitors to keep the ball rolling. Communications and updates were sent regularly, Flo would often just give me a quick call to address any concerns and queries and overall I truely felt like she had my back during one of the most stressful periods in a persons life. I can strongly recommend Anthony Martin as your Estate Agent if you are looking to buy in the SE area :)

GoogleProfessional service, excellent communication, assertive and problem solving. Amelia was friendly, helpful from viewing all the way to picking up the keys, always available and looking to sort documents and solve any issues timely. After some previous less than pleasant experience with some other agencies, Anthony Martin was like a breath of fresh air.

GoogleWe had a horribly stressful experience buying and selling at the same time (due to market conditions and buyers messing us about), but throughout it all the team at Anthony Martin - Barnehurst branch has been absolurely amazing. Thank you to the team - Kristine, Amelia, Sharon, Carl and Carly for being so friendly and professional and keeping us up updated whenever they say they would. Couldn't ask for a better agent and I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking to buy/sell.

GoogleThe roles and responsibilities of an estate agency depends entirely on the service they are providing to you, in your role as: a buyer, a vendor, a landlord, a lender, a surveyor, a solicitor or tenant. My deals with Anthony Martin Barnehurst are that of a buyer, purchasing a house, with no chain, my own pre-selected solicitor and all the capital already in place. So in real terms, the minimum amount of work to the maximum amount of reward. The whole process was straight forward, fast and efficient, all those involved did they jobs and the outcome was a successful one.

GoogleRecently sold my property with Anthony Martin barnehurst branch and cannot recommend them enough nothing was too much trouble and all staff were always happy to answer any questions I had, the customer setvice is 10/10. I would like to mention especially Carl who went over and above to make this sale go through quickly and smoothly and put my mind at ease every step of the way and nothing was to much trouble.
