GoogleWe could not rate this estate agents high enough, when we decided to move our daughter looked at rightmove to get an idea of what our property would be worth and noted that Anthony Martin had a property to sell in our road so we decided to get them round. We dealt with Carl and being elderly did not want hordes of viewings of which Carl was very understanding so booked us for an open day viewing. We signed up with him right away on the Thursday as we instantly had confidence in Carl and Anthony Martin. The open day was for the Saturday of the following week. However on the following Saturday Carl phoned my daughter and discussed having a viewing that Saturday. He explained that we didn’t have to and it could wait for the following week! However we jumped at the chance and he sold it that day!!! We were amazed that he sold it in less than 2 full days!!
We were then in a race to find somewhere - however Carl put our minds at rest that we had time to look and not rush and panic buy as he knew the buyers situation and we were fine at the pace we were looking.
We cannot rate this branch high enough. They know their market and their buyers as well as sellers. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and took all the stress out of moving from the very start. They we understanding to our situation- being in our 70’s and always had time to explain things fully.
When we did ring into the branch all members of staff knew of our property without having to put us on hold and look up our file. We really cannot rate them high enough - the only downside to moving is that we are now out of their area so couldn’t used them in the future ....... though we’ll keep their number just in case.

Worst estate agents I have ever used. We went into the shop to look at buying a property they said they could also sell ours to which we was reluctant to pay extortionate fees. They said they could match the online fees of other companies like purple bricks etc. We decided to go with them worst mistake ever as no one was turning up then when we was told people were on route there was excuse after excuse. We also purchased a property through them and was happy with that. We told them we would stay with them for the sale as this offer had already been excepted. They tried threatening me with we don’t have to legally give your money back but reluctantly returned it. We had not heard from the sellers for a while so decided to give them a knock to see what was going on. We was gobsmacked to hear they had had lots more viewings and had excepted another offer. Biggist crooks out there will never use them. said we wont get the price we asked for it actually sold for £20000 more than asking.

GoogleI first came in contact the Bexley branch after my home had been on sale for over 6 month and only 3 viewings, with another competitive estate agent.
The first person I met was Lynn Vidler a very friendly and bubbly lady who went through the whole sale process with me. I later met Lesley Denham who did most of the viewings. She too was friendly, patient and really understood my 'situation'. I couldn't believe the flood of viewers booking to view my home.
Anyway, my home was sold within a really short period to meet up a certain 'dead line'. BEST OF ALL GIVEN MY RATHER PECULIAR CIRCUMSTANC, MY FEE WAS DISCOUNTED. They even recommended the solicitor I used. Thanks guys.

GoogleAnthony Martin (AM) by far the Best property agents I have dealt with. The team of Cameron and George were fantastic. Albeit the sale took a while, which was more to do with the market factors than any shortcoming on AM, they were a breath of Fresh air in comparison to some of the nasty folk masquerading around as property agents. They were friendly, human and trustworthy. Where I think AM stands head and shoulders above the other lot is that they have Human Values and they deliver a Human based service and they respect their clientele . You cannot place a price on that. I would unreservedly recommend AM to any prospective buyer or seller as you can rest assured that you will receive honesty, a high level of professionalism but above all you get to meet and interact with some genuinely decent people. From the initial meeting with Kevin, it was clear that the team are streets ahead (excuse the pun) of the other Estate Agents:
- Customer Service: (10/5) If I could give 10 Stars, I would. They are incredibly friendly and polite, and you really feel special and valued as one of their many customers.
- Performance: (5/5) Outstanding... Anthony Martin sold our property within 2 days of it going online, and for well over the asking price.
- Communication: (5/5) Simply excellent... From the sale of your property to the purchase of another, the team work together tirelessly to ensure you are always kept up-to-date with the latest news and progress.
- Quality of service: (5/5) Perfect... After agreeing to put our home up for sale, the quality of the material Anthony Martin produced was up there with the best. The property brochure looked very professional and smart, compared to the work we had seen from other Estate Agents. The online advertisement was spot-on, all descriptions were accurate and the photos were awesome.
To summarise, on the whole, Kevin and the team made the whole process of moving so easy and simple. I really can't recommend and endorse the team enough, and we are certainly looking forward to using them again in the future. Thank you so much for making our future home a reality!

GoogleWe used Anthony Martin to sell our house, photos taken and descriptions made were very accurate and really showed our home in the best possible light. They gave us a fixed fee, so no worrying about working out commisson which was great for us. Through the whole sale proces, Paul Fryer has been excellent, going above and beyond what is expected. He has been contacting solicitors on our behalf when our buyer needed a little prompting and has never failed to put in extra effort where our move has required it. Daily phone calls to check on progress with our buyer and our soliticor, in addition to keeping the chain informed of the progress. I cannot recommend Paul and Anthony Martin Bexley high enough.
