GoogleTammy Winters was our sale progressor @ the antony martin’s estate agency. She was always available and quick to answer to all our calls and messages. She is a very sweet lady we really appreciate what she did for us as we were stuck in a long chaing she was always chasing the other members of the chain for updates even during her family loss. We surely raccomend her and the antony martin agency Barnehurst ✌🏾✌🏾

GoogleI wish I could give them 0 stars. The only good experience we had was with Ryan (Lettings agent). Apart from him, the property manager we were assigned didn’t communicate ANYTHING we sent to the owners. More importantly, Scott McKenzie (head of property management) is an absolute SCAM. He lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice we were given from the landlords to move out so they could sell the property. He forced us to pay several weeks extra of rent and refused to confess to his lies and mistakes. I’d recommend not dealing with this Anthony Martin branch. EDIT - in response to this ridiculous response to my review. Scott doesn’t seem to understand that he lied to me on the phone about a 60 day notice to leave. I tried to save myself a bit of money because the owners requested we move out. REGARDLESS of whether or not they allowed to leave even earlier, Scott lied and cost me an extra 2 weeks of rent. So, your recommendation on the phone was not in line with my rental agreement and you were okay to allow it to screw me over. Oddly enough, Scott admitted this mistake to HomeLet, but continues to act like he’s done nothing wrong

Dear Kyle, Apologies you felt the management service was not a good experience especially during this difficult time. Any notice served has to be in accordance with your agreement, I understand you found a new property before the ending of your tenancy but unless a landlord agrees to release you from your contractual obligations early we cannot sanction which we advised accordingly. We were very clear with you regarding this on multiple occasions but it would appear you just didn’t like the answers we provided and I do not agree with your characterisation to suggest that I scammed you which is slanderous. We never forced you to pay any more than you were legally liable to pay under the terms of your agreement. We wish you the best in your new home. Scott McKenzie

GoogleWow! What can I say. The whole team, whenever we contact, was always helpful and friendly. We had Sharon an Tammy who helped us with finding our perfect family home. They went above and beyond with keeping in contact and making sure the process was completed as quickly as possible and even after it was all done, they kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or move. Thank you!

GoogleFantastic and outstanding service. I had dealings with this branch as a home mover and I was humbled by the professionalism, helpfulness and flexibility when wanting to view at different times and patience, I had previous experience of estate agents being short and abrupt but this was not the case here. I would highly recommend this branch to all. A special thank you to George and Tarkan who worked very hard to ensure the purchase went smoothly.
