GoogleMy wife and I recently bought and sold through Anthony Martin, Barnehurst and we cannot thank the team enough. Carl, Carly and Flo have all been extremely professional, very friendly and approacable from the start of the process to the end. The whole buying and selling process has been incredibly stressful for us but we could always rely on the team to help with any obstacles that came our way. Unfortuanley the chain broke down twice during the process but thanks to Carl, Carly and Flo we finally got to move into our new home! Thank you Carl, Carly and Flo, you've been amazing. GoogleReally poor communication from the lettings team. I am still waiting for a reply from Lee to an offer I made and a reply to an email I sent him chasing for an update a couple of weeks ago. I had also sent an enquiry via rightmove for a different property and never heard back from anyone. Luckily we managed to rent with a different agency but cannot believe how unprofessional the communication(or lack of) with this agency has been.
