Having requested Anthony Martin at the Swanscombe office to carry out a valuation on an investment property we owned, we were very pleased with their market appraisal and suggested sales strategy, so agreed to sell through them. Through their extensive contacts, we were able to secure a very good offer within a matter of days and solicitors were instructed. Unfortunately there were problems with our tenants vacating, resulting in unnecessary delays which could have caused the sale to fall through, however, through skilful negotiating, the branch manager Danielle Bothwell, successfully kept the buyers on board and the sale went through as originally agreed. They have extensive knowledge of the local market, are professional in their approach, whilst still being very friendly to deal with and very good at keeping you well informed throughout the process. Had a wonderful experience with Anthony Martin from Bexley. Very friendly estate agent, wasn't pushy - which is preferred in my opinion and I received the cutest welcome package from them upon collecting the keys. I'm now looking to sell my property and will be keen to use them. Dropping one star because they never came to collect their Sold board which is still sitting in my back garden.
