GoogleThey've been absolutely amazing! As first time buyers we didn't have a clue what's going on but they were so friendly and explained everything. Jane and Michael done a great job. Michael delivered our contract to our door when our solicitor failed to send it. Jane kept us updated all the time, helped our vendor to find moving company. I'm really impressed how much they have done even it wasn't their job. GoogleI cannot thank Michael and the Ladies at Pickford Lane branch of Anthony Martin enough ! The sale of my property was progressed smoothly, efficiently and at a valuation of £30,000 more than a VERY close rival. I was kept fully informed at all times, my calls and e-mails were always replied to swiftly and in a very professional but still friendly and relaxed manner. I felt very comfortable in my contact with every single member of staff I dealt with. I got very lucky with my choice, which was based on my first contact with Michael Warren. GoogleThis is the second time we have used Anthony Martin for a house sale and are as impressed with them as always. George was fantastic, he helped us understand the market and helped us achieve an asking price that we wanted whilst remaining competitive in the market. Tarkan and Enola did the show rounds and were both reliable and professional at all times. Nothing was every too much trouble for anyone at the Dartford Branch. We also found that the Sales Progression Team were brilliant. At a time when Solicitors are so busy, the Sales Progression Team took up the slack and always helped us with updates..even when we couldn't get them ourselves. I have since recommend George and his team to a few friends who are hoping to sell and i have no doubt that they will be just as fantastic with them as they were with us. Thanks guys!!

GoogleHaving purchased a property through Anthony Martin overall we were pleased with the service we received from them. Sometimes it would take longer than we had hoped for someone to come back to us, but I know this can be down to the seller. I think expectations should be clearly set when taking on properties that receiving a timely response from their clients is an expectation of their business. It also feels pointless asking the seller to ensure the house is left clean, tidy and empty as there doesn’t seem to be any measures in place to ensure this happens.
