GoogleJoe got my file late into the process after the previous sales progressor moved on. He was always in contact, happy to push the process along and in all honesty as we finally approached the exchange date I don't think we would have met the date without the sales progressors on both sides.

GoogleThis is intended to be an honest review and not a bitter one. My experience with these guys wasn’t so good. I made an offer on a property for sale by phone without seeing the property as it was fully booked. My offer was ignored and not put forward to the vendor and by the time I had convinced them it was a serious offer it was too late the vendor had accepted another offer which was actually lower than mine. Some could say I was put on the backbench. And to clarify my offer was made before the other one which was accepted. Feel a bit let down but respects to the vendor for not guzumping! Hope you guys can learn from this as it could be seen as selective selling.

GoogleI'm more than happy to recommend Anthony Martin Barnehurst. Joe and the team (Sharon & Cameron) were very helpful and professional throughout the sale, they even gave their personal mobile to contact and always return our calls quickly if not in the office. Joe even call in the evening/weekend to re-confirm all of our visits so we felt confident and value as they went above and beyond.

GoogleJoe and the team were amazing from first point of contact all the way through to completion. They kept me informed at all stages and were polite and professional whilst still maintaining a friendly relationship. Joe, Kristine and Tammy thank you for your hard work on what was not as straight forward a sale as it should have been and for going above and beyond to ensure the sale went through. Would highly recommend.
Thank you for your kind words, Caz. It's always great to hear that our people go the extra mile.

GoogleWe had great experience with Anthony Martin. We purchased a property through them and the agents involved in the sale were really helpful and provided clear communication between us and the seller. Also managed to complete the sale before stamp duty holiday ended so kudos for that too.

GoogleIt has been a joy selling through these guys- they have made me feel part of the family- warm and welcoming and they work so hard. I have had a few bad experiences with estate agents so I was dreading this process again and had waiting years to avoid going through it again but I am so grateful to have gone with Anthony Martin - they have really supported me through this and been incredible. I would never use another agency again.

GoogleMy name is Barbara. We recently sold a house with Anthony Martin. The person I most contacted was Joe. He was always very helpful, gave even his personal contact number to people visiting our house so they could be always in touch. If he missed our call he was quickly calling us back. He was also very polite and considerate . I can recommend Anthony Martin as very professional Agency.
Thank you for your 5-star review Barbara, which is very much appreciated.

GoogleWe’ve just exchange on a house sale via Anthony Martin and I’m so glad we decided to use them. After having a few local agents value the house, Cameron from Anthony Martin valued the property £25,000 higher than the other agents and was confident it would achieve this price. After a few days on the market, the property has several viewings and three offers.. one of which we accepted at the higher price we wanted to achieve. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the local area.
Hi Lee, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.

GoogleI would highly recommend Anthony Martin Barnehurst, Financial services. Pam dealt with my mortgage requirements in a professional and very responsive manner. From initial contact to the mortgage funds being made available, was completed in a matter of weeks. She was thorough, and insured all the information and documentation was gathered during the early stages of our consultation. Any concerns or queries were dealt with immediately and Pam gave me confidence in her ability to get the job done. I cannot praise her enough. Thank you from a very happy client :)

GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to the team at A.M Barnehurst estate agents. From the initial engagement where Cameron formed a good relationship with us till today. To Joe who built up good rapor and was infact able to remember us after months of no contact due to failed attempts at securing a property with numerous estate agents. After now returning back to A.M, the 3rd property offer then had its fair share of roller coasters with chains etc... Until the final attempt with resilience shown by the team, it became Sharon's turn to try secure us a property in the same street. After a last minute late viewing, Sharon this time managed to jump through hoops and challenges with Property info, legals, Mortgage advisors delays, bank mortgage offer delays, insurances etc....To finally the long awaited email - saying we'd completed on my first home. So it fills me with such joy and pleasure to leave a review for this team...such a valiant effort from Sharon going above and beyond even on days off - valued asset. Its amazing to see such care for clients situations and circumstances, its fair to say I have found new friends at A.M and wish you all the best. Look out for me on my 2nd property - fingers crossed... Anthony Martin = 10/10 in service excellence. Highly recommend...🏆

GoogleMy mum has recently sold her house and bought a retirement property, Sharon from the Barnehurst branch was there to oversee the sale from start to finish, working closely alongside her colleagues at the Bexleyheath branch who were handling the sale of the retirement flat. Sharon and the team at Barnehurst were so professional, helpful, consistent and reassuring. We couldn’t have been more pleased how smoothly the procedure of the sale went from start to finish, it’s never easy to move from your home at the age of 82 but as above Sharon and her colleagues were there every step of the way. Thank you all so much.
Thank you Gayna for taking your time to write this review! We are so pleased to hear about the positive experience you had with Anthony Martin selling your mums home.

GoogleThe Anthony Martin team at Barnehurst have all been very good however there is one member of the team that deserves special praise - that is Joe Martin. He has seen us through from start to finish and made himself available for viewings even on his days off. His support has been outstanding. We would recommend people to use this estate agent to anyone locally wishing to sell their house as they are very professional and made sure that you are kept informed throughout the process.
Thank you for your 5-star review Jenny, which is very much appreciated.

GoogleWe are very pleased with our home purchase through Anthony Martin Barnehurst Estate agents. I know it sounds cliché saying their sales staff went above and beyond in client care, but they really did a wonderful job. Joe and Tammy were excellent at keeping us informed and was a pleasure to work with. What makes a company great is their people and we can honestly say Anthony Martins Barnehurst branch has great professionals. Last but not the least, Joe suggested their mortgage advisor, Pamela Freeman. We have already worked with an independent mortgage advisor and had a mortgage in principle through them. It was fairly a good deal and we were initially reluctant to change it thinking Pam won’t find a better deal than the current one. Oh boy, we are glad we went ahead with Pam. Not only she got much better mortgage deal, she was an absolute delight to work with. Very meticulous, straight to the point, with a personal touch and just full of positive energy. She took us throughout the entire process, assessed our needs, collected all the data points necessary for presenting our case with the mortgage lender. We would highly recommend Pamela as a mortgage advisor to our friends and family. We will also recommend Anthony Martin as preferred estate agents to our friends and family. Sujesh & Karol
