I can’t recommend Holly and Amanda more they were great the whole way through the process. I have sold several properties in different areas over the last year and without a doubt these ladies were the best of all the other estate agents I have dealt with. They always keep you up to date and keep on to the solicitors. I have the upmost confidence in the team at Anthony Martin and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again. I just wish other estate agents were as easy to deal with. I don’t usually do reviews but felt it important as this review might make the difference for someone else reading between choosing to go with another agent which would be a mistake vs these guys.

I can highly recommend Holly, Amanda and Freya as a great team to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the sale. The team are professional and dedicated to doing a great job for their clients. Nothing was ever a problem. Their response times answering questions was amazing, I began to wonder if they ever slept. Their local market knowledge is second to none. If you are ever thinking of selling or buying a house, they come highly recommended and stand out as honest and genuinely caring professionals.

We would like to say a big thank you to Amanda & Holly at Anthony Martin (Sutton at Hone) for all their help and efforts regarding the purchase of our new home. Anthony Marin were the Estate Agents on behalf of the vendor but they kept us informed at every stage of the process and showed complete professionalism throughout. Both Amanda & Holly were always there to answer any queries or questions and continually displayed a caring and understanding nature throughout. We would have no hesitation and strongly recommend Anthony Martin to anyone who is considering selling a property as they clearly go above and beyond to help make it happen. We also received a lovey complementary moving in gift from Anthony Martin when we picked up the keys to our new dream home. Thanks again for everything and well done Anthony Martin.

We purchased our new house through Amanda and Holly. Literally felt like we were dealing with friends, although they still kept their professionalism and continued hard work throughout, making us feel at ease. We trusted them 100%, they were honest, helpfull and went above and beyond for us. Having moved to a new area we felt comfortable already knowing 2 friendly faces at Sutton-at-Hone. We would highly recommend to anyone!

I recently purchased a property being sold through Anthony Martin in Sutton at Hone. Freya organised and attend my viewings with me and was very helpful and efficient in her correspondence. Holly and Amanda were absolutely fantastic during the progress of the sale and kept me updated every step of the way, and very quickly too. No problem was too difficult for them to rectify or raise questions on my behalf to the sellers and solicitors. They were professional every step of the way and very efficient! They were also incredibly personable and I am so grateful for their help. They actually kept me better informed of my purchase and sale than my own estate agents! Thank you to the Sutton and Hone branch!

Great experience from start to finish. Approached the Estate Agent way before deciding to sell and they were more than happy to take some pictures and put them on file ready to go. When we were ready, we were on the market within 48 hours and sold within a week. All staff were very friendly, open and approachable. Would absolutely recommend.

Sharon has been AMAZING! It took 11 months to sell and purchase due to so many outside influences. Without Sharon we know that our chain would have collapsed a long time ago. Sharon was always reachable, and was constantly working hard to resolve things for everyone, even when she was off! Very experienced in what she does. Great appreciation and gratitude for Sharon and Anthony Martin Barnehurst!
