Lovely, friendly and straight-talking sales team, including Ben and manager Luke. With their forsensic local knowledge, they helped us pitch the house just right and we were live within just a few days of the photos being taken. The "Open House" play worked for us, as we had 6 or 7 visits booked in over a subsequent weekend, receiving a couple of offers, one of which led to a sale. The Sales Progression team (led by Amelia for us) then kept things running smoothly, always available for advice and suggestions of how to push onwards. Great experience with the Anthony Martin team. Would certainly recommend them.

I was really pleased with the service provided by Anthony Martin. Luke gave us a realistic valuation and moved very quickly to get us on the market and get viewings booked in within hours of going live. We had numerous viewings on the first day, and several offers as a result. We accepted an offer within 2 working days of the viewings. Rather than everything going quiet after that, Amelia in the office worked incredibly hard to do lots of chasing and updating of all parties in the chain, speaking to solicitors and buyer/developers which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would definitely recommend Anthony Martin to sell your property.
