GoogleFrom the first viewing we were really happy with this estate agents. Mandy who showed us round was very friendly and informative without being pushy and then Amelia who looked after us throughout the purchase was lovely and kept in touch well to update us. Highly recommend!

GoogleI used Anthony Martin, Pickford Lane branch, Bexleyheath for the sale of my property. From start to finish, Amelia my sales progressor kept me updated, even when it was bad news about the fall throughs, of which there were a few for various reasons. She was always so helpful. I’ve always believed that communication is the key and I can honestly say I definitely had good communication with Amelia. I can’t recommend her highly enough. 👍

GoogleFirst time home buyers. And we couldn’t be more happy the service & Surport we received. Working with the entire team in the office was a pleasure from the very beginning, they took the time to understand our circumstances at the beginning of the process and kept us up to date the whole way through, and helped with any issued we had. GoogleLovely, friendly and straight-talking sales team, including Ben and manager Luke. With their forsensic local knowledge, they helped us pitch the house just right and we were live within just a few days of the photos being taken. The "Open House" play worked for us, as we had 6 or 7 visits booked in over a subsequent weekend, receiving a couple of offers, one of which led to a sale. The Sales Progression team (led by Amelia for us) then kept things running smoothly, always available for advice and suggestions of how to push onwards. Great experience with the Anthony Martin team. Would certainly recommend them.

GoogleI was really pleased with the service provided by Anthony Martin. Luke gave us a realistic valuation and moved very quickly to get us on the market and get viewings booked in within hours of going live. We had numerous viewings on the first day, and several offers as a result. We accepted an offer within 2 working days of the viewings. Rather than everything going quiet after that, Amelia in the office worked incredibly hard to do lots of chasing and updating of all parties in the chain, speaking to solicitors and buyer/developers which saved me a lot of time and effort. I would definitely recommend Anthony Martin to sell your property.

GoogleHad a great experience recently selling my maisonette with Anthony Martin Bexleyheath branch. All the agents communicated well and kept me up to date with everything that was happening at every stage. The sale was complicated with a lease renewal and Luke talked me through this step by step. Amelia regularly chased people when things needed to be moved along and let me know how things were progressing. I felt their knowledge of the process really helped me relax as I felt we were in safe hands. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Anthony Martin again.
