GoogleMy flat is still managed by Alex Neil with my great satisfaction. May I take this opportunity to say that you "Rebecca" (if I am not mistaken you managed to rent my flat in 2013 with a 3 years contract) really did a great job in finding the perfect tennats for my situation. And Mr. Setter, from the management department, has been doing and still is an impressive job regarding the management of my flat. He is always perfectly informed with what is going on, solves issues quickly and every time I deal with him I feel blessed because he is so efficient, helpful and professional.

GoogleI had a pleasure dealing with Anneleen Vanloffeld from Alex Neil as a buyer. She dispelled all negative stereotypes of estate agents by being very courteous, informative and very understanding. On couple of occasions she managed to organize viewings on a very short notice, kept me informed throughout and responded my calls, texts, or emails with astonishing speed. Although I wasn't successful in finding the right property Anneleen did all the right things and now I expect other agents to match those standards she set so high.

GoogleAtrocious communication and support (or complete lack of) they are cowboy agents who do not care at all about buyers and do nothing to stop them from being screwed over.

After sending through an email enquiry i received a call from Lucy just 5 minuets later, booked in an appointment for the same day, and moved into the property a week later. GoogleAn amazing letting agency. We just rented a flat in the area. Mr Antoniou was our letting negotiator. He took us through all of the steps with professionalism and honesty. He has been extremely helpful and he dealt with any matters we had. We chose them due to the honesty and sincerity provided from Tyler at our initial meeting, and that continued throughout the entire process, which even though turned out to be not as straight forward as we would have hoped, his constant contact, reassurance and hard work made it much easier than other sales we have had without such difficulties.

GoogleAfter relocating to London from New York I had to find a new property to rent, in a new country. Daunting task. I sent hundred of request through property sites to god knows how many estate agencies, and shortly received and email from Lucy at Alex Neil. After landing in London I had a viewing on the same day, made my holding deposit and moved in to the flat the following weekend. Lucy was very helpful explaining the lettings process and guiding me through referencing and helped me to find a lovely little flat in a lovely area right next to a beautiful park. I am happily settled in now, and would totally recommend any newbies to the rental market to get in touch with these guys! Thank you so much!!
