The Trusted AgentLetting Agents
I have used Adams as my Letting Agent now for a couple of years and I would recommend them as they are very efficient. They are very thorough when it comes to vetting potential tenants and they have found me some lovely tenants for my property. I will continue to use them as they are very quick and offer sound advice when you are letting a property. I have not had any void periods which is fantastic.
Thank you for the review. We look forward to assisting you in the future with your property needs.

The Trusted AgentQuick sale, helpful staff and great price! Exceptional service!
The staff at Adams could not have been more helpful with the sale of our property. They had to deal with so much more than normal as we lived some distance away from our rented property, but all problems and requests were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently. The property was sold quickly and they showed good market knowledge in the recommended asking price. We were delighted with the price they managed to secure for us.
Thank you for using our services and your review Annette. It was a pleasure assisting you with the sale.

The Trusted AgentFantastic Team
We bought our first house in the summer through the Stockton Heath branch. We mainly dealt with Angela and Tara, who were brilliant and always very attentive. They were never to busy to answer any questions and very quick to sort or deal with any concerns. Everybody in the office knew who I was if I called and were really helpful. Thanks again Laura and Johnathan.
Thank you both for your review, Were very glad to be able to assist you with your first home. All the very best!

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service
We listed our property to begin with on Purple Bricks, we had 2 viewings in 6 weeks. We changed to Adams and within a few days we had many viewings arranged.. They were in constant contact and fed back regularly, we sold our house within 2 weeks. Their office girls were all fantastic always knew who I was and where our sale was up to.. I would like to say a special thank you to Liz and Neil who were exceptional. They got our asking price and pushed the solicitors when required. The pictures they took were fantastic, made the house look completely different to the ones taken by Purple Bricks.. I would totally recommend them they are always professional and extremely efficient.
Thank you Jane for your review. As you have experienced, there is a huge difference between a quality service from a good local agent and what you get on line from what is essentially 'Do it yourself' Estate Agency. Good luck in the New Home.

The Trusted AgentHighly Recommeded!
Having used most local agents over a number of moves I can honestly say that Adams Estate Agent are the best around by a country mile. From their Sales Manager to the Office Staff we were given sound advice and kept well informed at every stage of our move. Adams took away as much of the moving stress as possible and if we ever require an agent again they will be the only Estate Agents we would consider using. First Class service from a First Class local business.
Thank you Daniel. Moving home is a stressful process and we strive to help as much as we can. All the best.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service, selling my property
I can't recommend the team at Michael Adams highly enough having been with a couple of different estate agents in the past for both managing the rental and trying to sell my flat I can honestly say they have been the best agents to deal with. They were able to secure a buyer for my property quickly and at the asking price, Liz, Lisa and the rest of the sales team were extremely responsive and efficient during the process helping to keep things on track and made the whole experience a lot smoother. Can't thank them enough.
Thank you for your review. The team appreciate your feedback.

The Trusted AgentAn excellent service
Most helpful from start to finish, especially as we had 2 buyers pull out of a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and every change was dealt with so quickly. Liz and the other girls in the office were friendly and professional and kept us up to date at all times. I I only had to call them twice! All estate agents are not the same, Michael Adams proved that they are the best local Agent and we can only say a big Thank You to you all at Widnes Branch.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We look forward to being able to help you in the future with any of your property needs.

The Trusted AgentFantastic service
My husband and I recently bought a property through Adams and couldn't recommend them more. In particular, Neil Barrett went above and beyond to find us the right property within a tight timeframe and Liz King ensured the whole process ran smoothly and kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn't have been happier with Adams and will use them when selling and buying our next home too.
Thank you for your review, We hope you are very happy in your new home!

They sold my house really quickly, and the sales team were in constant communication keeping me well informed of the progress of the sale. They offer professional yet personable advice and support which has resulted in their long standing business and strong reputation in the local area.

The Trusted AgentSold same day ..... would highly recommended
We needed to sell our property fast to secure the home we wanted. From the outset Michael Adams were responsive, accommodating and very professional. Their marketing of our home was outstanding, completed in one day and led to full asking price offer at the first viewing later that day. Their support and communication through the negotiation process of our purchase was professional and efficient without being too formal, an approach which made us feel comfortable during a particularly stressful time. I could not recommend them more highly and should we ever move again we will use Adams without a doubt.
Thank you. The team appreciate your comments.

The Trusted AgentGreat service from a friendly professional estate agency
I had used a larger national firm to let my property previously however I was unhappy with them so I looked around the next time I was trying to find new tenants. I Googled and found Adams and the service from them was so much better. Friendly, professional and competitively priced options. I will use Adams next time I am looking for new tenants.
Thank you very much,

The Trusted AgentThe selling of my property
I put my house on the market and the house was sold the same day. The For sale sign hadn't even gone up. The lady who viewed my property loved it so much that she made her mind up there and then. I have tried cheaper alternatives but Adams are a quality estate agent who are worth the every penny. They are in my opinion the best around! The staff are fantastic at the widnes branch. They show an interest in their jobs as they are always friendly and convey an excellent customer service. Don't waste your time looking for a cheaper alternative because it will cost you more in the long term. I tried myself with another agent and 4 months went by with time wasters for viewers. I got my price with Adams with no negotiation. They are simply the best about! Don't say I didn't warn you!
Thank you Debbie. Your positive feedback is much appreciated.

The Trusted AgentHighly recommended
Had an ex-rental property that we decided to sell on the market with another local estate agent for almost 12 months with very little interest. Had a review with Adams, decided to switch to them & the different was marked. 3 viewings in 2 weeks & the property sold & completed in a couple of months. I would recommend their sales department to anyone.
Thanks Mark. Happy to help!!

Adams Estate Agents handled the sale of my property with ease. They were friendly, efficient and communicated with us at every stage of the sale. The team at Adams get to know you and your requirements and they really helped to make it as stress free as possible! A big THANK YOU to all the team in the branch at WIdnes who helped us so much, especially Lorraine and Margaret. The Trusted AgentBest in Stockton Heath
Can I just recognise the excellent work the team did on our behalf. We had a few issues that contributed to a very stressful time. Throughout the whole experience, we were guided, listened to and included in all the ups and downs that selling a home brings. Highly professional, pleasant and calm was apparent throughout the whole team. Special mention goes to Tara Morris who was exemplary in her dealings between ourselves and the buyer and who fought for us when things got rocky, especially with the legal processes! She grasped the nettle the whole time, we can't thank her enough. I have recommended them to a number of neighbours and friends. Many thanks once again. Liz and Kevin Berryxx
Thank you. Your feedback is very much appreciated.

The Trusted AgentA professional service by excellent staff
I found the sales team at Michael Adams in Widnes to be professional, helpful and friendly. I was kept fully informed of viewings and feedback and I was provided with sensible useful advice during the sales process. It quickly becomes obvious how well the team works by the level of service given to the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would use them again in future based on the first class service I received.
Thank you Lynne for your feedback, it is very much appreciated by the whole team.

The Trusted AgentThe sale and purchase of our old and new house
MC Adams handled the sale of our house and even though we had complications, they gave great advice and pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale went through. The purchase of our new house, being a new build, brought its own problems. The kind and considerate staff were always there on the end of the phone to assist. I would like to thank Neil Barrett, who recommended the viewing of our new house.
Thank you Alan. We were glad to be able to assist you in your recent sale and purchase. All the very best in your new home.
