I would highly recommend anyone selling their house to use Adams estate agents! From start to finish they’ve been friendly, professional and have gone over and above during our buying and selling process. We have mainly dealt with Claire and Kate who have been excellent and very supportive during a very stressful time, but any member of the team have been willing to help if we have rung with any questions or queries. The communication throughout has been great, always keeping us informed or just checking in with us. We have done several house moves over the years but Adams have hands down been the best estate agents we have used. We hope we don’t need their services any time soon, but if we did we wouldn’t hesitate to use them! Thank you so much !

I am in the process of purchasing a property with Adams. It was easy to get a viewing with them and the agent who showed me round (didn't catch her name) was lovely and very positive about the property, showing me the key features, without pushing for a sale. Claire was very fast at responding to email queries and keeping me updated. Overall a smooth experience and I would consider using Adams to sell my property in the future.

Just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had with Adams for the purchase of our home… specifically Kate. They weren’t even our hired estate agents but we communicated through them to purchase our home they were definitely the best by far! Kate was beyond helpful, very understanding, ‘down to earth’ and her reliability and communication is second to none. Terrible experience. 0-stars. Had an appointment to view a property in Runcorn (The Decks Apartments). Viewing was at 17:30. Called the agency at 17:40 to notify I was there and that no one had shown up yet. The lady at the phone (first of many) told me the agent was probably just a bit late. I waited 15 minutes more and no one showed up. I called the agency again. The lady at the phone (another one) told me she would contact the agent on her personal number and that she would let me know after. 15 minutes passed and no one called back. I called the agency, again. A third lady at the phone told me the offices were closed now and she didn't know what to tell me. I asked her if I could just go home after waiting for an agent for a full hour in the cold and rainy weather and she told me to go home, leave my contacts and that she would investigate the next day and let me know. I still haven't heard from any of them. How professional!

Moving home is stressful and there are thousands of Estate Agents who can market and sell your home; the important thing for you is how they do it. My mum is 93 and has never sold a house in her life. She picked the Runcorn Branch of Adams "because they seemed the nicest" and how true that's turned out to be. She's met a few folks in the Runcorn Branch and they've all gone out of their way to help. They explained how the process works, what documentation she'd need to provide and linked up with her son (me) living 180 miles away on the other side of the country. Even prior to going on the market, communications between Adams, mum & myself have been excellent. Adams cross checked between mum & myself to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. Given mum's age, inexperience in selling property and living alone, Adams arranged viewings on her behalf and accompanied every potential buyer. Adams arranged for the EPC inspection which mum didn't have and basically held hands through the process. The house sold in the first week, Adams linked up with mum's solicitors and you might think that's it, job done, move on. But then Covid19 struck and the house sale stalled, like many around the country. And that's where "the nicest people" came into their own. Adams maintained communication with myself & mum throughout the restrictions. Not only that but one person in particular went above & beyond when we were struggling to get grocery deliveries to mum by going out and bringing shopping for her. And not just once, several times. Thank you Claire. Moving house is one of the most stressful things we do in life. Make it easy on yourself and do the job with nice people, they deserve your custom.

The ladies in this branch have been amazing, even during the lockdown period running on skeleton staff. Very informative, helpful and always willing to go that extra mile when things just need moving along. At a time everyone finds stressful be rest assured that this team will help you in anyway that they can and nothing is too much of an ask. These were my sellers solicitors (not mine) but I have had to speak with them a lot during the process and I would certainly be using them when next considering to sell up/buy. Adams manage the letting of our house and the entire team make it a dream, especially Vicky S. She has provided an excellent service, managing any arrears and increased payment plan on our behalf. We receive statements and annual spreadsheets for tax purposes promptly, providing suggestions on managing rental income from the tenant. The team make it a breeze owning a Let; maintenance on the property and all safety checks are managed on our behalf and make the payments easy through their accounting system We would definitely recommend this company to anyone to manage their letting properties

She was extremely professional and approachable with second to non knowledge of the market. She kept us up to date with what was happening in the chain and helped everyone get things done. I cannot in good faith recommend this company from a lettings perspective. Perhaps it was just my landlord in particular, but it took many months to resolve a dispute regarding the deposit at the end of the tenancy following a 2.5 year lease, only for the majority of the disputed amount to be awarded back to myself by the deposit scheme via an adjudicator. Adams Estate Agents have been managing 4 of my buy-to-let properties in the Widnes area since I first signed up with them in 2014. The whole team work so incredibly to manage them so so well in the 10 years I’ve been with them, I can’t fault them. We have a fantastic working relationship and the two ladies I deal with in Leah and Tracy are just fantastic to work with. If I have any queries or anything I need to ask them they always respond to my calls and emails and it’s always an absolute pleasure to work with them, they are so warm, friendly and understanding.
