Quick sale, helpful staff and great price! Exceptional service!

The staff at Adams could not have been more helpful with the sale of our property. They had to deal with so much more than normal as we lived some distance away from our rented property, but all problems and requests were dealt with cheerfully and efficiently. The property was sold quickly and they showed good market knowledge in the recommended asking price. We were delighted with the price they managed to secure for us.

We listed our property to begin with on Purple Bricks, we had 2 viewings in 6 weeks. We changed to Adams and within a few days we had many viewings arranged.. They were in constant contact and fed back regularly, we sold our house within 2 weeks. Their office girls were all fantastic always knew who I was and where our sale was up to.. I would like to say a special thank you to Liz and Neil who were exceptional. They got our asking price and pushed the solicitors when required. The pictures they took were fantastic, made the house look completely different to the ones taken by Purple Bricks.. I would totally recommend them they are always professional and extremely efficient.

Having used most local agents over a number of moves I can honestly say that Adams Estate Agent are the best around by a country mile. I can't recommend the team at Michael Adams highly enough having been with a couple of different estate agents in the past for both managing the rental and trying to sell my flat I can honestly say they have been the best agents to deal with. They were able to secure a buyer for my property quickly and at the asking price, Liz, Lisa and the rest of the sales team were extremely responsive and efficient during the process helping to keep things on track and made the whole experience a lot smoother. An excellent service

Most helpful from start to finish, especially as we had 2 buyers pull out of a sale. Nothing was too much trouble and every change was dealt with so quickly. The selling of my property

I put my house on the market and the house was sold the same day. The For sale sign hadn't even gone up. The lady who viewed my property loved it so much that she made her mind up there and then. I have tried cheaper alternatives but Adams are a quality estate agent who are worth the every penny. They are in my opinion the best around! The staff are fantastic at the widnes branch. They show an interest in their jobs as they are always friendly and convey an excellent customer service. Don't waste your time looking for a cheaper alternative because it will cost you more in the long term. I tried myself with another agent and 4 months went by with time wasters for viewers. I got my price with Adams with no negotiation. They are simply the best about! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Can I just recognise the excellent work the team did on our behalf. We had a few issues that contributed to a very stressful time. What a TERRIFIC Team @ Adams

We started our Sale with another Local Agency and after eleven weeks had not received one call from them. We moved to Adams and it was a whole NEW WORLD, the brochure was excellent and the photos were amazing and within a matter of weeks we had a Buyer. However not having sold a property for 29 years we quickly realised that finding a Buyer is GREAT but taking a transaction to a conclusion is really where you need a not only good, but EXCELLENT Sales Negotiator acting for you. Our buyers Conveyancing firm lacked knowledge and in fairness ours was poor to respond and so many times it was "Touch & Go", but time after time, the Team at Adams dealt with issues that we felt, were 'above and beyond' what we had engaged them for. Would we recommend Adams; too true we would, with no hesitation at all.

Great service and support right through to completion, competitive rates.

From the first meeting with Neil to value our property right to the day of completion the service has been fabulous. The house was valued in the morning and there is negotiation on price to be extremely competitive but you pay for what a great service you get here by far. Then by mid afternoon it appeared on the Internet with great pictures. We had a viewing the next day and an offer the day after. Margaret and Liz have been chasing anything that needs chasing to aid exchange and completion and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend and so glad we made the choice to go with MCA and not a cheaper competition just on price. The house was well avertised amazingly quickly from us deciding to put it on the market - no delays. Excellent correspondence from the offic and no feelings that we were being a nuisance. We originally were going to engage an online estate agent to assist us, however following discussions with the very competent manager, Stephen Musker, we decided to go with Adams. We were immensely glad that we did and were extremely impressed with the first class service and attention we received from the team! We ended up selling our property STC within 2 days of it going on the market and for more than the full asking price (there was a lot of interest)! In particular, the efforts of Tara Morris were second to none.
