We have recently come to the end of a painful and protracted conveyance, involving the purchase of 1 property, and the sale of 3. We encountered some very difficult individuals in the chain, but despite the personalities involved, and the complexities of the transaction itself, Adams were magnificent. i put my house up for sale with Michael Adams and my new house that I bought was also with Michael Adams. I chose Michael Adams after considering them the best and the biggest from the 5 estate agents I booked and had appointments with. I received first class service throughout, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept up to date throughout. I sold my house within 3 weeks and for £5000 more than the asking price which was certainly not undervalued. They also negotiated very well on the house that I bought and even assisted considerably well on completion day when the solicitors were causing delays with completion. I could not fault Michael Adams in any way and am very happy that I made the right choice in using them. Because of the fantastic customer journey I received from them on this occasion, I would not consider anybody else if I need to use an estate agent in future.

We started our Sale with another Local Agency and after eleven weeks had not received one call from them. We moved to Adams and it was a whole NEW WORLD, the brochure was excellent and the photos were amazing and within a matter of weeks we had a Buyer. However not having sold a property for 29 years we quickly realised that finding a Buyer is GREAT but taking a transaction to a conclusion is really where you need a not only good, but EXCELLENT Sales Negotiator acting for you. Our buyers Conveyancing firm lacked knowledge and in fairness ours was poor to respond and so many times it was "Touch & Go", but time after time, the Team at Adams dealt with issues that we felt, were 'above and beyond' what we had engaged them for. Would we recommend Adams; too true we would, with no hesitation at all.

We have recently sold and bought a property, Neil Barrett was the agent who came to discuss the selling of our previous property he was very professional and knowledgeable about the property market and gave us excellent advice. Neil photographed the property and presented it extremely well on their web site. During the whole process of buying and selling, communication was first class keeping us informed every step of the way. There was a slight communication problem between the solicitors ( no fault of the agent ) Neil acted quickly and resolved the problem within hours probably saving us a delay of a number of weeks.

From the first meeting with Neil to value our property right to the day of completion the service has been fabulous. The house was valued in the morning and there is negotiation on price to be extremely competitive but you pay for what a great service you get here by far. Then by mid afternoon it appeared on the Internet with great pictures. We had a viewing the next day and an offer the day after. Margaret and Liz have been chasing anything that needs chasing to aid exchange and completion and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly recommend and so glad we made the choice to go with MCA and not a cheaper competition just on price. The house was well avertised amazingly quickly from us deciding to put it on the market - no delays. Excellent correspondence from the offic and no feelings that we were being a nuisance. Just unfortunate we aren't planning on moving again to re-use them,

We originally were going to engage an online estate agent to assist us, however following discussions with the very competent manager, Stephen Musker, we decided to go with Adams. We were immensely glad that we did and were extremely impressed with the first class service and attention we received from the team! We ended up selling our property STC within 2 days of it going on the market and for more than the full asking price (there was a lot of interest)! In particular, the efforts of Tara Morris were second to none. She was a fundamental lynch pin throughout the whole process and her communication was faultless; every email was answered promptly, every phone call answered or returned as soon as possible, and every query was addressed and dealt with to the best of her abilities. I truly felt that she was on our side and fully supportive throughout, even when matters became stressful. Her negotiation skills on our behalf, as well as her professionalism and integrity, were all truly outstanding. We are so glad she was our case handler! We thoroughly recommend their services.

Neil was very knowledgeable about the area and the local house sales. My property was sold within days for the full asking price and although this first sale fell through, it was put back on the market and sold again, within 2 days, again for the asking price. We explained we had to sell quickly to buy a new home from family members and they needed a quick sale. my house went online and within an hour I had 4 viewings booked.
