GoogleI recently moved from Newcastle to the area of Liverpool / Runcorn through a Job Promotion at work. . Knowing I'd only have limited time in the area and on visits before the official transfer. Bethany took me around numerous properties and was more than happy to help and to go above and beyond with anything and every question I needed answered. . This was more so great as I work in unsociable hours in hospitality and leisure and so questions were still answered when out of hours office Via email. . The hand over of keys was nice and swift and everything mostly done online making it easier for myself, throughout the whole process. . Will definitely look to use again in the future. . GoogleThey have a very nice property I like however the flat will be vacant on March 10 and it doesn't work for me. I need to move in by the end of the month. Overall good. They have very pretty houses and flats.

Hi Ivan, there seems to be a bit of a misunderstanding here. I believe you called to enquire about the availability of fully-furnished properties. Unfortunately, we do not have any at this moment in time. The property you discussed that is available in March is only part-furnished. If you would like to call the office again we would be more than happy to discuss this further.

GoogleUtterly Useless. I think you would need to try to be this incompetent. So to start off, we have a huge damp patch on the rear wall of the house we found out this was coming from outside (On the landlords request they asked for someone to come out and check it out to make sure it wont be affecting our health, it took me 6 times over a span of about 4 months of asking before i moved out and the issue still hadn't been looked at. Upon moving out i was first told i couldn't get my deposit back because of rent arrears ( This turned out to be because who ever was dealing with my move-out hadn't told anyone so i was technically still living there according to them, even tho id moved out by then) And now a whole 2 MONTHS after moving out of the property i've just had a call asking if i would like to renew my tenancy at the old house!! .. I simply don't understand how a place can run so badly. i would never use Adams again nor advise anyone to use them. They simple got a 2 star because the Staff are very friendly but utterly useless it seems.

In this instance, the outstanding works you refer to were being organised directly by the landlord, so unfortunately we were unable to expedite the matter for you. Your full bond was returned within 9 days of the tenancy end date. I do appreciate how frustrating this outstanding repair must have been for you but we take customer services very seriously here at Adams. Our teams members are highly experienced, skilled and take great pride in the many customer services awards they have won. GoogleI'm currently using this agent for my house sale, and can't praise the service enough!! After having many dealings with different estate agencies over the years I can honestly say that I have never dealt with such a professional agency..the staff there are tremendous, Natalie, Claire and Alison are amazing and a credit to the organisation..would not hesitate to recommend in the future!!

GoogleThe team at the Runcorn branch of Adams estate agents are 1st class. We are in the process of selling our house with completion in the near future. There have been ups and downs (such is life in the property world) however Claire and her team of lovely ladies have stayed true throughout. I have got to know them all pretty well. I would recommend selling your house with Adams.

Claire called to inform me of a brilliant below market value 3 bed property which had just become available (which I ended up buying). Claire was able to provide information on recently sold comparable properties, potential rental values and offered invaluable local knowledge to help inform my decision on deciding to buy.
