The Trusted AgentOur first home
We recently bought our first home through Adams Estate Agents (Widnes branch) and were very happy with the service provided. Initially we had chosen another property but had to pull out further down the line, Adams were great, reassuring us that it was okay and providing advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Luckily we found another house that we loved straight away which was also advertised with Adams. We arranged a viewing and put an offer in, following some negotiations the offer was accepted. We were kept informed throughout and there was always someone at the end of the phone when we had any queries. Adams were great in arranging extra viewings so that we could show family members and take measurements etc. Overall I would highly recommend Adams Estate Agents to anyone looking to purchase a property.
Thank you. Buying your first home is a very special time. All the best...

The Trusted AgentPleasure to deal with
We sold our house through Adams, whilst the house we purchased was also sold by Adams. Moving house is a stressful experience, and I am delighted to say that Adams did not add to the stress in any way! They were totally professional at all stages from valuation to completion, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services,
Thank you. We hope you are very happy in your new home!

I found the selling experience to be a good one, Neil Barrett was our first point of contact and was very easy to deal with and obliging. The office staff also helped find me a Solicitor and answered any questions I had, and always returned my calls, I found them all to be very helpful and have already recommended them to another member of Family. Regards Kay Davis
Thank you Kay. It was a pleasure helping you with your sale!
