The day I locked my key inside Daryl drove from Newcastle immediately without charging for his time wasted and transportation fair.3. At every level of securing a Guardian Property I have found both Dean Tidy and the wider team to be a great source of support. This guy (Dean) is I feel a great credit to his profession as I have found him to be knowledgeable with regards to both the legal and practical aspects of this specialised means of renting affordable properties throughout the London area. Moreover he manages all of this with a considerate, polite, assuring and professional manner. AdHoc generally I feel lead the way in the property guardian services. I would highly recommend this professional if you are seeking good quality affordable housing in London and the wider UK. AdHoc - thank you very much for all you have done for me!!!

Its been a lovely experience living at a couple of AdHoc properties in Durham and Newcastle since 2018 till now thanks to Nikki and Darryl. The rooms are very good value for money, nice and warm, and helped me save a lot towards getting a house with my partner. Very importantly, the people you share the property with are extensively verified and checked with complete work, previous landlord and character references, to ensure that everyone feels safe. Nikki and Darryl are both fantastic to communicate with, and respond to any issue in a timely fashion. They have been very helpful and accomodating of my unique needs and circumstance. I highly recommend living in an AdHoc managed property to friends and anyone in need of an affordable place to stay.

Ad Hoc helped us find affordable accommodation in a perfect location during a stressful time. Claire was especially helpful in walking us through the process of becoming guardians. Have been with Ad Hoc twice and both times have been great. Have to say thanks specifically to Trina for making the extra effort in helping me into suitable accommodation which has really made a difference and is really appreciated. I'm very happy living in Ad Hoc accomodation and hope the current place continues.

GoogleUnfortunately after being with Ad Hoc for years, I feel the company is very unprofessional in it's standards. The management clearly profile people and provide different benefits to each guardian. Would not recommend, you're better off looking for supported accommodation.
