Left a voicemail message but never got called again. One email get replied in a rude way, and they refused to contact the landlord for a simple question.

GoogleWere initially helpful in securing accommodation at short notice when we first moved to the UK. Getting our deposit back was a nightmare as I had to make numerous follow ups over almost 3 months even though we didn't owe anything. The lady I dealt with at the end of our tenancy, Charlie was very rude and kept making empty promises.

Morning, please can you let us know which property you are from, repairs are logged online and have timescales. Unless these works were offered since March this year, they should have been done ‘if’ offered. Luxury repairs are on hold due to lack of contractors at the moment.
