We just purchased property from Acquire, we are pleased with great service they has provided . Always responding to emails, calls and all queries and questions. There wasn’t any problems at all..if our sale would go as smooth as purchase we would finish quicker, but unfortunately there was delays in our sale side, and vendor had to patiently wait on us, which they never complained about. everything was completed really quick and easy with Acquire. Especially thanks James and Britney for support and all their job. We were surprised when we went to collect the keys, Acquire gave us welcome pack on our moving ,full with bits and bobs. Well done guys, it’s little something for customers which was really nice and kind and appreciated.

I had dealt with Beth for a property and in my current situation was worried that I’d not be able to seal the deal on a property I wanted to rent, Beth took several emails and phone calls from me the whole time always with Excellent spirit and always professional and helpful. She has made the worrying time for me become so less strenuous. I’d also like to thank Kristian too with the little snippets of support but Acquire have achieved for me when other agents had floundered and lost my faith and custom. Beth is my most favourite human being!!! My partner and I were desperate for a lovely new build home to rent whilst saving to by! She didn’t only get us a rented new build but she got us a rented new build in the same estate where we would like to buy our first house (bloor homes estate). I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated and helped by Beth. Phones calls and emails every step of the way! I would like to convey my sincere gratitude to James Norman (Sales Manager) for his help and support throughout the whole process as it was greatly appreciated. Selling my property whilst abroad and different time zones was an extremely challenging experience especially being at the top of the chain but James made it easier with his courteous and professionalism when selling our property. At times when further explanations was required he was extremely patient and went the extra mile to ensure that as his clients, he took the time to present all the information and options to us. James was extremely helpful throughout the whole buying / selling process! Spot on with his estimate for the house and was eager to help anyway he could. He was constantly chasing solicitors all the way down the chain to make sure things were moving as quickly as possible. As always solicitors dragged their feet but James was in constant contact with me updating me on the progress of the chain. If I happen to sell my house in the future I wouldn't hesitate to contact James at Acquire again. Thanks James!

Everything was fine until we moved out and we wanted our deposit back, took almost 2 months to get it back after they said I hadn’t given them the bank details to pay it back even tho I proved I had emailed it to them before we moved out, staff are incompetent and pathetic and if you do some digging on them the owner is a modern day con man that before long will be on rogue traders

James at Acquire handled my recent property purchase. He was incredibly helpful and really pushed the deal through, at a few points I thought the the purchase was going to collapse, but James kept lines of communication open and helped all parties reach the outcome they wanted. I would use him if I were selling a property in the future. We looked at several other properties, before settling on the purchase James helped with, and we had put offers in, however the three other agents we dealt with (regards the other properties) were not great at all, with one putting crazy obstacles in place before we could even make an offer, but James was honest and straightforward throughout are dealings.

Truly exceptional! I’ve been blown away by the professionalism and commitment of James Norman at Acquire. He dealt with everything from my initial enquiry. After instructing him, my house sold within days of listing and he then followed through to completion months later, actively chasing on my behalf and keeping everyone in the loop on a regular basis. In these days of being passed from pillar to post and shoddy customer service, James’ drive, dedication and people skills stand out like a beacon in the darkness. There were issues with lost documents and tardy solicitors but James kept on the ball, unruffled, at all times and I’m convinced I’d still be waiting without his involvement. I first worked with Acquire Properties years ago when purchasing our first property and their customer service and professionalism meant that when it came to selling that same property recently, it was a no brainer to get them involved, and once again they did not disappoint. Bad experience from the beginning till the end. Dealt with Chris and Scott and the customer service was awful. Mould kept appearing on the walls various times after cleaning and re-painting at my own expenses, but each time I was told that it was poor ventilation... I should have reported them! Before moving in, Mr. Chris Manning promised that the walls would be re-painted and carpet cleaned; nothing was done and I had to pressure him to get those sorted, resulting in a delay of 3 weeks to move in over Christmas. This agency should actually be reported as it is run by a bunch of incompetent people....

Scott Light was my point of contact, who was super efficient and professional from the start. Having presented the opportunity to several potential investors within 48hrs I had a promising offer on the table, this subsequently fell through due to personal circumstances of the buyer, however Scott managed to re-interest the other parties and a more than satisfactory, above valuation offer was agreed on. Throughout the process Scott kept me fully updated and was chasing the buyer and their solicitor to progress the sale within my timescales.
