FacebookUnprofessional. House walls had been 'replastered'. Which then cracked and started falling away. All the plasterer had done was skim over the old plaster and wallpaper to make it look nice. Laminate flooring was done by cowboys too, uneven with ridges and bumps. Only one key to the house, aquire wanted me to get a spare cut for them for emegencies which i did. I never got the money back. Called the office several times about the walls. They never called back. The boiler broke and we went without hot water or heating for over a week, had to constantly keep calling everyday as they never called back. There was damp upstairs and the toilet leaked. Nothing ever got done while were in the house. When we moved out they tried to deduct money from deposit saying we didnt give them a whole months notice (which we actually gave more than a month and had the paperwork to prove it) it also took a considerable amount of time to get the deposit which we were told by a certain person that we would have it in 2 weeks more 3 months hey. When we i called to complain about the certain person who consistently lied saying he had dome this or was going to get someone out to the house etc the manager i spoke to simply took his empoyees side saying how amazing he is lol. I would not deal with aquire again. As many others have said in the reviews on here. Unprofdesional. Also twice we had viwings organised where we waited for an agent who never turned up. When calling the office they just said they had no record of having a viewing that day.

GoogleFrom our very first meeting through to completion James Norman's service was absolutely excellent, regularly going above and beyond to save us a 40 mile round trip to the property. He kept us fully updated with each development as it occurred. I am speaking from experience as I spent many years in the finance industry and have worked in many estate agents. Trust me, you will go a long way to find anyone who can match the service he provides.

GoogleI've been with aquire many years the owners are lovely but the staff over the past few years are shocking not all but most they dont return calls numerous of times I've had certain things that need repairing I have to constantly chase them and they have every excuse and reason under the sun why they haven't got back to you it doesn't take a week to call the landlord get permission and then get hold a contractor and this is even before you have a date from the contractor as of when they can do the work the lack of communication and get up and go Is a joke now I dont no if it's the fact half of them are kids but this is what happens when you rely on your staff to provide the same customer service as if you would if it was your own business bring back the old staff that actually gave a damn

FacebookAwful experience renting with Acquire. They caused so many issues during my tenancy involving external doors being left open following a viewing making my property vulnerable, failure to communicate with me regarding rent increase and unreasonable deposit deductions which after spending several hours on the phone, were subsequently removed. Quite happy to take substantial amounts of money from me without checking the evidence first. Absolutely the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with and incredibly rude.
