GoogleTruly exceptional! I’ve been blown away by the professionalism and commitment of James Norman at Acquire. He dealt with everything from my initial enquiry. After instructing him, my house sold within days of listing and he then followed through to completion months later, actively chasing on my behalf and keeping everyone in the loop on a regular basis. In these days of being passed from pillar to post and shoddy customer service, James’ drive, dedication and people skills stand out like a beacon in the darkness. There were issues with lost documents and tardy solicitors but James kept on the ball, unruffled, at all times and I’m convinced I’d still be waiting without his involvement. A truly outstanding experience beyond my wildest dreams, and I’d recommend James and Acquire unreservedly to anyone wanting as little stress as possible and a friendly presence on your side when selling. GoogleI have never brought a house with such ease in my life. I'm a very busy person and need a sale to be easy.... James replied to me within minutes and answered every single question he chased both solicitors constantly and was always so helpful and friendly. I can't stress enough how on the ball he was, I could message him anytime at all and never had any problems. I used to be a manager for an estate agents and we never ever ran things half as well as he did. I'm so so happy with the service, the origional offered were spoken about straight away, the conversation was always to the point and proactive there was no pointless conversation or pushy sales it was like working with a friend. So happy, and I think the managers should recognise how good the sale was as one main reason I stayed with this sale was due to James. I even met the girls when I collected my keys and every one said hello and looked great. So pleased!!!!

GoogleI first worked with Acquire Properties years ago when purchasing our first property and their customer service and professionalism meant that when it came to selling that same property recently, it was a no brainer to get them involved, and once again they did not disappoint. I recently worked with James N who was excellent from start to finish. His experience, communication skills and drive were integral to finalising on a particularly slow chain. I strongly believe that without his efforts, I would still be stuck in the chain months from now. Would highly recommend him and Acquire Properties for any selling needs.

GoogleAcquire properties Chellaston , Branch, I was soo disappointed Some staff service is not professionally way, I had bad experienced this year from the staff who visit the house is racist, also no respect because she came in the house without any appointment, also the way she approach with customer not fairly. Month of October 2022 she came to visit the house and, I just woke up finished my breakfast .Im a bit delayed to open the door. The agency staff was trying to open the door. How the way she is? Rude! Also I experienced that she wanted to come in the house without any appointment, and she wanted me to open the door . I disagreed because no any appointment was made that she will visit the property,also she Askjng me repeatedly to sign the form regarding the deposit. I spoke to the agency staff give me an appointment before She came to visit, but she go away appeared angry, moaning She said "I will tell to the Landlord!" Supposed im not happy to choose even one star, but no other option. Hope will not happen again to other costumer's.

FacebookI went to Aquire to rent a property after the demise of a 14yr relationship - I popped in on my lunch break for a meeting with suave fast talking none stop auction man, he took my reference fee admin fee blah blah and then told me I hadn’t passed after promising I had and wouldn’t return ANY of the money! I now have stage 4 cancer and I still resent the fact I was robbed at a time of sever emotional distress, suffering with ptsd, they really shouldn’t be abusing people with mental health, that can turn suicidal! Even though it was a long time ago, they haven’t changed’ there rating is 2.3! Out of 5!!!! I’ve seen rat infested restaurants awarded more. If they had ANY CONSIDERATION, KINDNESS EMPATHY UNDERSTANDING as a collative maybe more people would rent off them, aside from there selfish astronomical fees, taking advantage of a young single mother at the time WITH NO CONSCIENCE NO SOUL NO REGRET NO REASON to charge the disgusting get rich quick and F the rest of us, leaving houses in disrepair, the second you sign your disrespected abandoned abused and as the beautiful little boy who was lost due to a neglected house and the way people are FORCED TO LIVE - I fully believe acquire should be up against the ombudsman and SHUT DOWN

FacebookWe just purchased property from Acquire, we are pleased with great service they has provided . Always responding to emails, calls and all queries and questions. There wasn’t any problems at all..if our sale would go as smooth as purchase we would finish quicker, but unfortunately there was delays in our sale side, and vendor had to patiently wait on us, which they never complained about. everything was completed really quick and easy with Acquire. Especially thanks James and Britney for support and all their job. We were surprised when we went to collect the keys, Acquire gave us welcome pack on our moving ,full with bits and bobs. Well done guys, it’s little something for customers which was really nice and kind and appreciated.
