GoogleI have used Acquire for a number of years now. I have bought and sold through them with Scott aswell as having Courtney and Sam managing my portfolio. All of the staff are all very helpful and thorough also. I would not take my business anywhere else.

GoogleAs an established landlord of over 20 years I have had many experiences with letting agents. Acquire is without doubt the best, in particular Chris Manning who has been very honest and attentive throughout the whole process. Our most recent property let within the week, well done and thank you!

FacebookAwful experience. Did absolutely nothing but mess us about knowing I’m 8 months pregnant. We had to chase them up over everything. The communication between the staff was none existent, making the application process take LONGER which they blamed on us! I’d never go through them or try to again.

FacebookArranged a viewing on a 2 bed detached property, instead of giving me the courtesy call to tell me it had sold, they called and emailed me to confirm the appointment only to try and show me a different unsuitable property. When I said I came to view the detached Scott just said its sold, no apology no explanation. 1hr round trip drive wasted - thanks a bunch.

GoogleI've been with aquire many years the owners are lovely but the staff over the past few years are shocking not all but most they dont return calls numerous of times I've had certain things that need repairing I have to constantly chase them and they have every excuse and reason under the sun why they haven't got back to you it doesn't take a week to call the landlord get permission and then get hold a contractor and this is even before you have a date from the contractor as of when they can do the work the lack of communication and get up and go Is a joke now I dont no if it's the fact half of them are kids but this is what happens when you rely on your staff to provide the same customer service as if you would if it was your own business bring back the old staff that actually gave a damn

GoogleAwful experience. They messed up everything possible. Was without hot water for 2 months. Never replied to my emails. Never returned my calls. Didn't return my deposit in time. Most incompetent company I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by feb lack of hot water and return of deposit. The deposit was registered with TDS and this could’ve been lodged as not returned in time. We endeavour to return monies once your obligations are adhered to with 14 days and do not feel we exceeded this.

FacebookBad experience from the beginning till the end. Dealt with Chris and Scott and the customer service was awful. Mould kept appearing on the walls various times after cleaning and re-painting at my own expenses, but each time I was told that it was poor ventilation... I should have reported them! Before moving in, Mr. Chris Manning promised that the walls would be re-painted and carpet cleaned; nothing was done and I had to pressure him to get those sorted, resulting in a delay of 3 weeks to move in over Christmas. This agency should actually be reported as it is run by a bunch of incompetent people....

FacebookAwful experience renting with Acquire. They caused so many issues during my tenancy involving external doors being left open following a viewing making my property vulnerable, failure to communicate with me regarding rent increase and unreasonable deposit deductions which after spending several hours on the phone, were subsequently removed. Quite happy to take substantial amounts of money from me without checking the evidence first. Absolutely the worst estate agents I have ever had to deal with and incredibly rude.

FacebookEverything was fine until we moved out and we wanted our deposit back, took almost 2 months to get it back after they said I hadn’t given them the bank details to pay it back even tho I proved I had emailed it to them before we moved out, staff are incompetent and pathetic and if you do some digging on them the owner is a modern day con man that before long will be on rogue traders

GoogleChris from Acquire Properties Chellaston was very attentive and quick, just 1 week after applying to rent a house we had the answer and we signed the documents. It was the first time I rented a house in the UK, it was all very simple and practical with Acquire. When I had a problem with the electrical part of the house, Acquire answered me in less than 5 minutes.
